“I finally visited a HomeGoods after my friends and family telling me how amazing this store is. Well, the hype is real. The store has a myriad of various products, from home decor and kitchen goods to food and delicious smelling candles. The store is very similar to TJ Maxx, and I appreciate the affordable prices and large variety.”

“Supposedly, they were marking down a lot of home products that are already of clearance, to as low as 49 cents. My girlfriend was there, and before i had arrived, she had told me that some of the employees were overly aggressive to employees trying to observe the items. However, the way they serviced each person to the best of their abilities in the situation at hand. I also wonder why they would have such a sale like that on a Monday.”

“On top of a surprisingly great variety of clothes and other items for wonderful prices, the customer service is amazing, it was just before Christmas and my Mom and I were trying to get something for my Dad without him knowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I am grateful for the cashier who realized my item had the wrong price tag on it and searched for it in their system and found it was a clearance item and was a much better price than the MSRP!”

“It was a refreshing visit to get groceries at the market instead of the Super center. I just needed some pork chops and the prices were good. Picked up dog food and dog treats too. Lots of open cash registers. Friendly, clean, easy to find everything.”

“Was easy to order and pick up for free at the store. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you use coupons, watch the sales, and use Kohl’s cash. Very friendly store and our cashier, April, was helpful. Added to my online purchase after seeing some in store items, was able to use Kohl’s cash for those things.”

“Everytime my wife and I visit with our four-legged friend, the managers, Wally and Sam, make our visits so pleasant. Their knowledgeable, sweet, funny, and are always actively moving around getting things done. Active problem solvers. They might think their hard work goes unnoticed, but there’s no doubt they’re the hardest workers there. Just true pleasures to interact with. We look forward to our next visit! We love the Richlands Tractor Supply store, ESPECIALLY when compared to the Jacksonville one.The Jacksonville store is often dirty, employees are completely rude and unprofessional, the male manager (forgot his name) is always in the back (we saw him once on the floor after asking to speak to him and we waited nearly 15 minutes). The register employees have complained about him to us on several occasions sharing that he never helps and is always on the computer in the back, doing who knows what, lol!! The store is a mess, items are out of place, but what can we say? Attitude reflects leadership. We’re sure Tractor Supply higher ups don’t read these reviews but at least locals could learn J-ville TSC comes second to the Richlands one.”
