“After three stores, I finally found a green shirt in my size at Khol's. The associate at the checkout helped me when I needed to get my phone out to find my rewards account. I hadn't purchased anything in the app, so I hadn't added my address and phone number. She was able to scan a bar code in the app. Thank you for taking the extra time to be helpful.”
“Great selection of ladies clothing and the prices were great. Lots of things hanging all over the store. I'm going back just to look at all that stuff. A fun time. Will definitely go back and will spend more time in the men's department.”

“Good selection of everything from household items to clothes, but be prepared for the amount of people shopping there on the weekends and pack your patience. The cashiers there are great despite the high volume of customers going through. I've always wondered why the discount stores don't use self-checkout to cut down on the wait times.”
“Stop by and picked up a mobile order. Store didn't seem very busy. Had trouble finding the customer service desk which is on the second floor but staff were helpful and friendly.”

“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”

“This company is located in Wake Forest, NC. I am amazed at how this company has placed priority in the quality of their associates and in the up keep of their facilities. This store cashier was very respectful and he was appropriately dressed to interact with the public. Also, the cleaniest of the store was immaculate, to include items on sale were aligned perfectly on the shelves and the floor. The furniture was of very good quality, with the Broyhill collection being a higher quality and competitive pricing.”

“I have been coming to this store since 2020.I love their deals and the store is large.It is being renovated and the store is going to look even better however today when I went I lost my keys in the store.Everyone was so fantastic the staff so caring it brought tears to my eyes.The keys were found but it took awhile but I was so overwhelmed by the staffs sincerity about my dilemma.I am glad to live in a community that has stores that provides such great customer service.”

“Continuing to explore the Triangle area I ventured out to check out this Target. It had been a few years since I visited but I remember great finds here. Very clean store and helpful Target representatives assisted when I asked for help. The multi-packs of earrings had missing pairs. This area needs to be replenished. Other than that a very nice experience in a less crowded and an extremely clean store.”
“I had order get canceled because the item wasn't in stock anymore. I had the best costumer service ever at a Walmart. As good as Chick-fil-A service. The manager down to the young lady who works in pickup. All gave me very professional and knowledgeable service.”
