I think it’s the post covid world that has really given up on service and general respect of people encountered by employees. I understand that these employees have other duties to do, but at a minimum you should acknowledge people waiting and thank them for being patient, some simple engagement goes a long way.”

“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”
“They don’t inundate you with emails and texts about your prescriptions. You have to keep track of them yourself. They are quick and efficient and a no frills kind of pharmacy. No long lines where folks make appointments and complete COVID tests in line! Geez! Reminds me of the drugstores of my youth.”

“Update: After several attempts to reach a manager, one reached out via social media and followed up. We were able to speak with them on the phone and not only get our money back but an apology for the entire situation (how long it took to get it resolved and how many attempts it took to get a manager).
My husband and I have been sams clubs members for years and have loved it, however super disappointed in this store's customer service and management after shopping there. We visited the store on Dec 29th using scan and go, and mistakenly didn't grab our already paid for 24 pack of coronas ($29) from the shelf. Once we immediately noticed it (same day), we thought for sure it would not be a big deal considering the cameras they have (and the fact we were wearing unique nfl apparel sticking out like a sore thumb), but after several phone calls and leaving plenty of voicemail messages, we are still waiting for this to be resolved.
You would think after being a long time member since 2015, and paying at least 5k just last year in groceries, managers would have a little consideration and call us back, or refund us the money. We will continue to follow up, and update our review once this is resolved one way or another.”

“Absolutely the best place I’ve been for medications!! I have only met one that wasn’t that great- she seemed like it might have been her 1st day. My husband and I have been going there for about a month now. They were able to transfer all our prescriptions from Walmart to Publix without a single hiccup- my medications were filled quickly and the staff was friendly. I almost didn’t want to do a review in case people saw it and everyone rushed to Publix but I have faith the staff will remain just a friendly and professional! Thanks guy for all you do!”
“It all depends on the day how quickly the line moves. However there is one thing for sure. These care takers do their absolute best to help you. I haven’t run into a lazy person yet. I don’t mind going to this pharmacy even if the line is moving a little slow.”
“Cathy, Rob and Crystal have always been helpful, considerate and friendly. On a few occasions they applied coupons to lower our out of pocket costs. They also have reached out to our doctors and Optum RX for refills and approval. They are a small pharmacy who know their customers by name. We don’t go to any of the large pharmacies. We wouldn’t get the individualized attention. Thank you Lion Pharmacy! I recommend you to everyone who needs their prescriptions filled!”
“I have been using PSP for close to ten years now. It's like a small town Pharmacy in a large metropolitan area. They know me by name and even send me texts and call me on my birthday. My doctor sends in my prescription and if I walk in and they see me approaching the counter they have my bag in hand, and clipboard ready for me to sign. If I get there before the digital order from my physician hasn't been seen yet, they will drop what their doing (unless with a customer) go to printer grab the prescription and fill it within minutes and have me on my way. I feel like I'm giving away my secret place but deserve your business. If you are looking for a better pharmacy give PSP a try.”
“I have had so many problems with some major chain pharmacies in the area. As soon as myself and my husband switched to MyScripts getting our specialty prescriptions has been seamless. Not to mention they always answer the phone and are so helpful. I highly would recommend them and have done so to others in the area.”
