We had tried other groomers in the area but neither Toby nor I were very satisfied with the services or the atmosphere of those facilities. We decided to try Spaw based on reviews and, boy, were we impressed. Toby can be very skittish and wary around people and situations that he’s not familiar with but he took to Spaw like it was home! He instantly bonded with Sarah and Sabrina and to him, they’re part of his “pack.” I am delighted that we found Spaw and have had excellent service every time. They are great ladies who make sure your pet, big or small, gets lots of attention and love and their grooming is first rate!

My husband thoroughly enjoyed the soft bread and abundant chicken salad in his sandwich. I had the signature salad topped with baked chicken. It was huge and everything was fresh! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely go back again too try more on the menu!

1570 Virgilina Road, RoxboroAbout 20 years ago I met my first chinchilla at a pet store; it was so cute that it made me cry. Thanks to Tiffany at Carolina Chinchilla Ranch, I was finally able to live my dream in an ethical way. Having seen many pet stores providing substandard care with inappropriate items with their chinchillas—plastic everywhere!—I knew I didn't want to go that route. In the end, it meant so much to me that I could obtain my new friends from someone who truly cares about and knows these animals. Tiffany provided lots of useful resources before, during, and after I picked them up. When I have questions, she replies by email faster than I can check my inbox. When I go out of town, she's kind enough to board them for a very reasonable cost. Are they sweet and adorable and personable and silly and fun? The pics speak for themselves. I hope Carolina Chinchilla Ranch sticks around for many more decades to come, so that responsible, caring pet owners get the opportunity to form a bond with these unique, special, social, fascinating animals. They're delightful!
