“First time having to go in-person for an equipment exchange in over 10 years so I wasn't sure what to expect. A decade ago, it was less than stellar having to go to the cable company, not quite DMV bad but close.
This experience was EXCELLENT. Everything from the check in at the online kiosk to my service with Ryan exceeded all expectations, very streamlined and efficient. They even send you a text when it's your turn if it's a busy time of day, which it definitely was this Monday. I definitely was impressed and I think I'll be sticking with Spectrum.
