“First time shopper at Save A Lot. I have to say as normally a Walmart shopper i found many items cheaper and must recommend for everyone to give them a try since changing ownership!

“Just went in the Fayetteville store for wrapping paper but saw and fell in love with a 6' LED Snowman for sale half-price. They were out of stock but the clerk called around and found 4 at the Sanford store (closer to home!). I called that store and talk to a manager,Lou. He couldn't guarantee an overnight hold, but suggested I order it online and I would have 3 days to pick it up. I did have a little difficulty with the online process but Lou and another store clerk were very helpful and patient with me during the two additional phone calls I made to the store. Results? I got my snowman AND an additional 15% off for my first online order! I never thought of Big Lots and customer service at the same time but if these two stores are typical of the chain, I am impressed!”
“Great for a quick trip for something that you forgot, milk, bread,snacks, etc. A very clean and well organized store. They also have a ton of little knick knacks and decorations for the holidays.”

“I used to HATE this store due to it's management, lack of items in stock, how messy it always was, and how you never knew if you were going to have a good experience with their staff or not. I would only shop here due to it's convenience of location. Today, BRITTANY changed it all for me! I put her name in bold because I want everyone to know it was all thanks to her.
I came in and Brittany greeted me with the warmest and kindest welcome I have ever received at ANY retail establishment. She had a huge smile on her face and was just so warm and welcoming. When I went to checkout, I was having issues with my cards and she was patient with me. Her kind demeaner turned my stressful day around a full 180.
I know turnover is very high, especially at this location, please keep Brittany! Give her all the hours she wants, ideal schedule, pay raise, whatever is needed to keep her. Clone her if you can! She is the type of employee this location, and all, truly need.

“The family dollar actually had what I needed that the local Walmart didn't (Curtains). I was please with the items available and had the social distancing steps set up along the floor less crowded and more variety of household items compared to Walmart who is stocking only food items.”
“Needa give Ms Girly with a black hair a raise. shes there 24/7 and today I went in and she was the only one checking out a whole wrapped around line of people out while another dude was playing with a radio. Shes also very sweet all the time , she more than deserves it”

“I love this Walmart location and Walmart in general. They hands down have the biggest savings available compared to all other stores. From garden and outdoor, groceries, clothing, you name it, they have it. And if they don’t have it in store they can ship it! Customer service is a 5 out of 5!”
