“I brought my phone to Alex's, hoping that he would be able to fix it ,instead of having to get a new one, because the battery had swelled and popped open the side of the case. He had to order the correct battery, which took 2 days. I was originally told the repair would take about a half an hour, which turned out to be over an hour, but all in all I'm very pleased! The cost of the battery and installation was a fraction of what a new phone would have cost”
