“Eliane working the cash register and customer service here provided amazing support and I'm happy with her service. She was efficient, attentive and super patient with me. I bought a lot of stuff and paid for it and then realized I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot to use. It was black Friday, one of their busiest days and with not even a hint of hesitation, she went through a return of every single item I had bought and rescanned each of those with the 10% off coupon. That's going above and beyond! It was a 10% drop in what I paid them, but Timberland now earned a customer for life! She's an asset to Timberland!”
