“You want a great burger! Try the Bellemont Burger. I'm talking high quality meat! It's angus beef never frozen. Just wow really! I went there on suggestion of a customer home I was working at. It is literally one of the best tasting burger meat I have ever had.”
“Nice convenient store located at the intersection of hwy 49 and 421. Friendly staff. Public bathrooms. A grill inside serving food. Gas prices tend to be on the high side. They have a diesel fuel island and parking for large trucks in the back.”
“Nice store with a variety of items to purchase. Has gas, all go to items that convenience stores have also had a nice diner inside with good food variety and they stay busy. Great community store!”
“I’ve stopped at this quaint store several times while passing through the great countryside of Silk Hope, North Carolina. The store owner goes by the name of “Chub.” He so graciously welcomed me into his small, family owned business. It is evident that he makes every person who walks through the store doors feel like family. You can always count on a group of older men gossiping about the “rotational grazing” methods for their livestock. AND their pizza is the BOMB!! I look forward to seeing Chub and the other Silk Hope farmers on my next visit to “good ole’ Silk Hope Service!””
“It's such a cute lil' store. I feel happy just walking through the door and they carry my fav new detox drinks :) Friendly people and great atmosphere in general. They pretty much have everything you could need in stock.”
“I've been having to drive to this area a lot the last few weeks. I've stopped there twice now, wants to get gas and everything went great and the price was competitive with anyone else around. The other time I stopped so I could just sit in their parking lot for a few minutes and look something up. It took longer than I thought it would, and after a bit, a worker came out to really politely check on me. She said she and another co-worker had been watching to make sure I was okay, and that it didn't look like I was moving for a significant amount of time. You know, I had my head down staring at my phone, so I'm sure it looked bad from their angle. I told them I was thankful for them and to God bless them for the fact they cared enough to keep an eye on strangers. They really were so polite and so relieved and genuinely sweet to see what was really going on and that I was safe. Inside the place, outside the place, and the workers themselves, it's a genuinely good experience and I'm happy to stop there during my daily commute now when I need to. Thank you.”
“The best store in Liberty. It is always clean and easy to get in and out. The people that work there are all very nice and the owner is always happy and in a good mood. I do miss the sausage dogs from the grill but they had to close that part when covid hit. Also some stores in Liberty don't check their outside pumps for card skimmers but this store does. So thank you for that.”

“Nothing but respect for Harry and his family that work here. I have never had a bad experience with them. The pizza and wings are better than Little Ceasars, but not as good as say a restaurant. Still, it's hard to mess up pizza and wings, and they definitely haven't messed them up. The beer selection is comparable to the beer cave in a sheetz, though their selection of other alcoholic drinks is somewhat limited in terms of flavors. Still, they have a great selection, good food, a decent array of sodas and other bottled and canned drinks, snacks, and warm food. Above all of this, they care about the well being of the local people who rely on them for gas. When standing in line during the gas shortage brought about by panic buying following the pipeline attacks, the gentleman in front of me made a comment about how the increased business from panic buying must be a nice boost in profits, to which Nick, the gentleman who was working at the time, remarked that the short term boost in revenue didn't mean much of anything if the regulars who stopped by every day for gas and food on the way to work couldn't get what they needed. That comment stuck with me, and is a large reason why I support this business wholeheartedly.”
