“Although it was frustrating to wait for the spark plugs to be delivered after 2 and half hours, the customer service was still appreciated. I will say my tires were not rotated as requested and I was charged. Even with the wait, some service was still ignored. Not intentionally I'm sure. Other than that, it worked out.”

“I recently came in for an oil change. The employees were very friendly, explaining everything they did with my vehicle during the entire service. We had just moved across the country, so my wipers and air filters were in pretty rough shape. Couldn't have asked for better service! “The one in Springlake didn't have anyone to do inspections for at least 2 weeks and the one on Yadkin Rd. I was sent to the one on N. McPherson in Fayetteville. Despite the 45 min wait it was great there and the men there were gentlemen and treated you very nicely and respectful. It was just too closed in with hardly any waiting room.
The gentleman on the register was funny with the best sense of humor and offered me one of the little waters ? ?

He was able to connect me with a tow company, replace both my starter and battery, and had my car back up and running within hours of getting it. The price was extremely fair and I will be recommending his business to all who will listen.”

“I had my vehicle serviced here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I called to schedule the appointment and it was easy to do and they got me in exactly when I asked. I then dropped it off, and the lady at the desk was super kind. While waiting on the oil change and state inspection, I left to run errands and got a video from the shop of what they saw on the car and what they were doing, I then got a call for up sales, and they didn't hassle a bit for them. Then, a short time later i got a call that it was completed and I went to go pick it up.
When I arrived the ladies behind the desk rang me up, went over the paperwork and what was completed, and the car was sitting out front, all work completed.
I usually dread taking my vehicles to dealerships, especially for general maintenance, but this place was wonderful, and I will definitely be going back again!”

“I first went to the place behind them. I think it’s called Northside Auto, but they didn’t seem to want my business (they weren’t even busy). All I needed was an inspection that takes less than ten minutes. Jiffy Lube was fast and I was out of there in no time!”
“My husband and I are in the trucking business and were traveling from Mobile Alabama when our box truck broke down. We took our truck to Shane and he was a life saver!! Him and Bryan worked quickly to get us back on the road within a few hours and we will be forever grateful. The price was MORE THAN FAIR!!!! “The customer service in this place was AMAZING! The staff was very helpful with doing my oil change and answered every question I had. “Vehicle inspections… As long as you come on an off hour, I was in and out in less then 20 mins. Longest I’ve waited was about 45 mins average 30 mins… Been coming here for years with all my vehicles and will continue to come… always polite and professional”
