“Quality of work is great. Looks like it was installed at the factory. However, we didn't have a good experience with the installation process. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:00am as instructed. We were told that they would send us progress reports, which never happened. Before 1pm we received an email showing the paid invoice and thanking us for our business. We falsely assumed that meant the work was done. When we arrived at shop, we were told that it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes or by 2:30. We ran some errands and came back around 2:30. We were told again that it was being calibrated, and it would be done in 30 to 60 minutes. My husband decided to wait for it. When it wasn't done by 3:30, he called the main contact number and was told that it showed being done in their system. However, it wasn't ready until shortly after 5:00pm. If it weren't for this aspect of the process, we would rate it higher.”

Our daughters first vehicle needed some bonding work due to a design flaw within the vehicles make. Getting an appt was easy and fast. Actually getting the work done was also super fast. I can't say enough about such an awesome staff and experience. I hope to not have to have any collision work done in the future but if I do it will be with Gerber in Monroe. So kind and considerate of your time. They only fix what needs fixed. I thought my power steering pump went out. I took my SUV to Josh and I had a new pump in the car for it to be replaced. All it ended up being was some little modular thingy. These guys are honest. They know how to treat ladies and gentlemen. No one else in the area comes close to the excellent service you will get here. No lies, no rip offs and you are treated like family and they are very reasonably priced mechanics and professional.
