“After being rear ended, I wanted a body shop that would take the best care of my Porsche Macan. After doing a lot of research, Import Paint and Body was the company I decided to go with. I’m glad I did!
The repair on my bumper was perfect. I’m thrilled how good it looks! You can’t tell I was ever hit.
But what’s even better, they went above and beyond after the repair and gave my car an amazing detail! I believe a full paint correction as well! The black paint shines like it did when it was new! I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t had time to even wash my poor Macan. When I picked it up today, I was blown away! Not only was the outside immaculate, the inside was spotless as well! Even the barrels of the wheels were clean!

“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”

“I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day.Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!!Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money”
“I had a really rough time dealing with the insurance company after my parked car was hit, but Gerber Collision & Glass made everything else unbelievably smooth. Their communication was consistent, clear, and way better than what I was getting from insurance.
Despite the holiday, they still got my repair done fast, way quicker than I expected, and the work came out clean. I’m genuinely pleased with how my car looks now.
If you need repairs, I definitely recommend bringing your car here. They really took care of me when the insurance company didn’t.”
“Quality of work is great. Looks like it was installed at the factory. However, we didn't have a good experience with the installation process. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:00am as instructed. We were told that they would send us progress reports, which never happened. Before 1pm we received an email showing the paid invoice and thanking us for our business. We falsely assumed that meant the work was done. When we arrived at shop, we were told that it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes or by 2:30. We ran some errands and came back around 2:30. We were told again that it was being calibrated, and it would be done in 30 to 60 minutes. My husband decided to wait for it. When it wasn't done by 3:30, he called the main contact number and was told that it showed being done in their system. However, it wasn't ready until shortly after 5:00pm. If it weren't for this aspect of the process, we would rate it higher.”

Victor is a great person and great friend he always keeps you informed and makes sure the job is done correctly. They did a hard project color matching and installing carbon fenders as well as fixed and replaced my quarter panel. If you have a high end sports car/BMW this is the place to go.”
