“Fantastic pharmacy! Friendly staff, quick response and delivery, very easy to work with. My last compounding pharmacy was out of state and difficult to work with. Sometimes I had to call multiple times for numerous issues. Once having to call 3 separate times just to make sure a single request for refill had been processed. Hassle like nothing else just to get a prescription. Night and day experience comparing the two. I don't feel that I have to call GPS Pharmacy and check on anything--it is processed too quickly and correctly to have any concerns. Glad I found them!”

“Many thanks to all the Walker's staff! I have truly been very pleased with Walker's excellent pharmaceutical care and delivery service. My husband Richard was a meticulous pharmacist for 47 years, an excellent chiropractor for 17 years, and also a fine biology college instructor for 7 years—He was a very busy man and was voted “Teacher of the Year” at Broward Community College, in Hollywood, Florida. Richard passed on at almost age 80, and is still with me in spirit... Our wonderful son Shawn became an MD/PhD internist, rheumatologist, and immunologist. He is now a research physician who has traveled across the U.S.A. and around the world helping various pharmaceutical companies with many projects. Shawn is also a busy husband and father with four children...and a truly wonderful son who watches out for his old mom, too... Shawn and I both want to truly thank the staff of Walker's pharmacists and lab assistants who have all been excellent and very helpful. They have been very conscientious and could clearly explain any questions that needed answering. The Pack-My-Meds daily dispensing system has been great, too! It has made handling the drugs that I take so much easier! The pharmacy delivery drivers are also very kind, friendly, and courteous. Good independent pharmacies are very hard to find these days. One could not do better than Walker's Pharmacy on Colwyk Road ! ! ! Now I am moving up to New Jersey into an Assisted Living Facility to be near my son and family. “By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. This coming from someone who takes medication that the big pharmacy chains seem to always have an issue with obtaining in inventory, having it ready on time, etc. I’ve been on regularly prescribed medication’s for well over 14 years so I have quite the experience with pharmacies. This group at Charlotte family pharmacy have made the process feel seamless. They’re always accommodating and helpful of your needs. A great attitude goes a long way, and they have it all the time! This place was recommended to me by a physician and I will drive any amount of time to continue working with these folks. “HT an Austin Village always out of many sales items on Thursdays and meat department doesn’t open until 10 am which is ludicrous!!! Many out of date products in meat dept. Even though this store is convenient I go to Publix where I can get what I need when I need it and not wait until 10am to get meat and seafood! Would like to add the service in front of store are excellent!!!!! I shop this store several times a week but it’s disappointing they r out of product on sale day starts.”

“I'm new to Harris Teeter because where I'm from Harris Teether does not exist. The store is fairly clean. Unfortunately, I can not find half the things I want or need. They just don't carry some of the brands I'm more familiar with. Their produce is hit or miss. Oftentimes, it seems they are out of items or have very little selection. Their employees are nice, but not often very helpful unless you ask them to be more helpful. Finding one can be difficult at times. They definitely do not go out their way like Publix. However, they do have some good deals. And their gas perks are awesome!”

“Great grocery store! It's what people call a Tajma-Teeters. It's large, with hot food served and a wine bar with weekday specials. They have sales on excellent, well cut steaks.
Plenty of parking. We like the Prime Rib dinner on Thursdays. You can buy a bottle of wine in the store and add it to your bar bill. Ask for glasses. You can get a glass for drinking while you shop. Well stocked. Tons of beer and wine brands!”
“This is our preferred local grocery, with a good range of goods and most household supplies. It now belongs to Kroger, so you can also find some Kroger own-brand products, notably some organic products.
The range of fresh fruit and vegetables is also larger than at the main competitor, Food Lion, and despite Harris Teeter having a more upmarket feel than Food Lion, in fact some things are cheaper at Harris Teeter. Brier's ice-cream is NOT one of those things, and is significantly cheaper at Food Lion.”

“I just need to share this Great experience I had here today.:) I’m a nanny and I was out with the 2 children I take care of, when I craved Starbucks so came here originally to get a coffee, though the line was pretty long… and the youngest child was very clingy and wouldn’t let me put her down. That’s when a employee from Harris Teeter came over and helped me, she took both of them off my hands so I could order my coffee, by showing them the candy aisle and drawing a smiley face:) on the youngest hand. And when we were waiting for my coffee after I had ordered. She came up to us with a bag, with 1 candy each for them that they had liked in the candy aisle that she had personally paid for. <3I sadly didn’t catch her name.:((It was such a heartwarming moment), and I’m very grateful! I will pay it forward!!”

“Like most Harris Teeter this one is well stocked clean well laid out there were ample staff on hand and prices were similar to other Harris Teeter. Parking is somewhat limited and a little bit tight in that particular shopping center, but it is located in a shopping center we have a variety of other supplemental shopping outlets.”

“I love their convenient pharmacy!! I've been using it since they opened in 2006-07. Very pleasant staff. The store carries some items that I can't find easily elsewhere, like Deep-dish frozen pie shells & Silk Protein Milk (Cashew & Almond). The store is always clean and well stocked. I would like to see paper bags easily accessible in the self checkout lanes.”
