βI was caught in the middle of a severe storm when my small car hydroplaned and ended up in a ditch. Despite the challenging conditions, including heavy rain and standing water, Mr. Henry went above and beyond to help.
He was exceptionally responsive, maintaining clear communication with me throughout the entire process. His professionalism extended to working directly with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Even in nearβtropical storm conditions, he made sure I got home safely and assisted me in retrieving whatever belongings were accessible from my vehicle.

βI put in a request for roadside service through my insurance. They sent Richie's Full Service & Roadside Assistance out. They were there to help change my tire in under 5 minutes. The gentleman was courteous, friendly and a quick worker. I would definitely recommend them to any one for roadside Assistance!!

βVery reliable auto service center. They stay booked up with work, with 3 well experienced techs in the shop, but the emphasis is on accuracy and quality workmanship. Most of these type repairs and services they offer can be time-consuming, so be patient.β
βI drove up in their driveway a few days ago. Daniel walked right over I told him I need a new battery. He not only installed it very quickly but also noticed the battery terminal was bad and replaced that also. Very nice and friendly. Such nice folks in the office also. You definitely don't have to wait for someone to assist you like going to a parts store. You also get a warm reception and ethical service. Better price also than traditional parts stores. Thank you to the whole staff.β
βDriving from northern Virginia to coastal North Carolina when I heard debris thrown around in the left front wheel well and accompanying tire pressure drop to 1 PSI. Limped the Tesla to them for a look. We had much fun making fun of people that buy cars without spare tires and keys and such (ie me). After probably less than 20 minutes I was out the door and back on my way.

βNot the first time here just haven't been in a while. I really appreciate the honesty and quality of work of this business. I needed a few other things done before it made since to do the repairs I went to him for. He communicated that to me and then explained what he was talking about and also gave pricing for making the needed repairs.β

βHe owns the shop himself and hes the only worker but man is he good at what he does. He uses a tape measure and ensures your exhaust looks perfect coming out the back. Hes polite and doesnβt charge an arm and a leg for his work. I would recommend to all my friends and family.β

βMy jeep engine was making a loud clicking sound. Bad tappet/valve lifter design, common problem. Dealer wanted $$$ to replace the tappets and said the cam shafts would most likely be gone and they usually replaced them anyway, $$$$ . Mike at Rouse Automotive did it for far less and didn't need to replace the cams. Jeep is running great! Excellent service, courteous mechanics and a couple of friendly dogs! But you need to be patient as they are busy and it took a few days to get to my car. Also, its a mechanic's garage with engine parts everywhere, not a dealer showroom. Highly recommend!β

βI got a flat tire on the side of Highway 64 on my way to the beach. Thankfully, a good Samaritan helped me put on my spare. Instead of driving back to Raleigh for a new tire that night, I called this location to see if they could help since it was closer. Bruce Allen, the store manager answered my call and told me to come right over. While he did not have my exact tire in stock, he said he could get me a similar one right away. By the time I drove there, he had found my exact tire and had it delivered! It was waiting for me when I got there! I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and back on the road. Mr. Allen was so kind and I was so thankful for his help so quickly. Highly recommend Mr Tire!! Their staff and service has never disappointed!β

βI showed up without an appointment a day later than I said I'd be there. 30 minutes later, I had new tires on my car. Unreal. I have been to multiple White's locations and the service has been outstanding every time.β
βGreat customer service. I came in for new tires on my Honda. My car was taken back in less than 10 mins from the time I walked in. They treated me like a genuine person which is nice. Some establishment just want to get you in and out. 11:25am ***Just an update. Been here for 3 hours now with no update. I'm getting a lil anxious to get out of here now.β

βThe team at Baker automotive is ideally located for locals who need expert mechanical work on their vehicles. On some larger repairs it may be in your best interest to go to a dealership, but I believe Eric is more than capable of handling almost all repairs of older vehicles and new as well. I had a truck where the engine had died and the cost to repair the vehicle was more than the vehicle is actually worth and Eric was straightforward and forthcoming with his estimate. We actually did not decide to do the repairs there and instead sold the car for scrap or the truck rather.But up until that point, Eric has been great.β
βI took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendyβs next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and Iβll be returning for the other two tires next month!β
βAwesome experience. Took my radiator to another shop in Rocky Mount. The staff was rude. The estimate was very High and they didnβt think they could help me after they inspected the radiator but said would try but would be responsible for a cleaning and diagnostic just to tell me if it didnβt work. I took it to Arts, dropped it off. He called me a day later and said it was finished. Awesome experience, wonderful customer service, fair pricing. Iβm happy with my experience at Arts!β
