“Excellent pharmacy. They are a small pharmacy near Food Lion. They have always been helpful, timely and always ready to help with anything the customer needs. I'love never had to wait more than 10 minutes for anything there, even if there are people in front of me. They almost always answer the phone and you don't have to press 40 different buttons to speak to someone.”
“Love Ingles pharmacy! David is amazing, as is everyone else that works here. They have come to know our family over the years and it has such a small town pharmacy feel because of that. “I was on a mission this morning for a photo request from my Dad to have 4 photos blown up to 5x7 and all horizontal?. It made me nervous because I have minimal phone / computer skills and the photo print machines make me anxious. Stopped at Walgreens on Broad Street and had no help at all so left and came to CVS on Center Street. Kalenia, the cashier, was so much help and made the process so easy. She was patient with me and helped me through it. Fifteen minutes later I've got my photos and happy. She made my day and did a great job helping me position the verticals to horizontal as my Dad requested. She makes it worth shopping there! I will be back?”
“My Husband and I have been with Walgreens for over a decade. With traveling for work and always having to change pick up locations in different states, at times it can be quite a challenge. I had to call the Walgreens on Broad St in Statesville per my app and had a very awesome experience with Moses. I appreciate the understanding of our situation and his patience !”

This is a convenient location with clean, neat, and well stocked retail space. “Clean store, typical stocking for a super Walmart. Friendly workers, all issues with my Service Dog resolved with proper education to the Walmart Staff -so far (Oct 2016). They are willing to order items if they do not have them in Stock or do not carry them. Longer hours than most pharmacies. Pharmacists are very helpful and more than willing to speak to customers about meds, side effects, possible issues, etc. Overall easy to recommend. Pricing is typically better than most other local pharmacies.”

I actually enjoyed being there. The staff is friendly and coming from a GM for a large retailer, the team is united. This will be my one stop shop.

“Oh this place really picked the ball up where Walgreens dropped it. I had a prescription sent to the later and they said for 4 weeks mind you, that the manufacturer was in back order. So I had it called into this place, Banner. When I went in, they had it ready to go and I showed my i.d. and they handed to me...No waiting on anything. It was fantastic. This is of course my first visit. I will have updates as I am having my prescriptions sent here from now on.”
