“I had a car break down and pulled into the Zuha Mart. Thought it just needed oil so I added some. Just to see it dump on the concrete I was parked on. So I asked the cashier if he knew of a tow & taxi service in the area. Luckily he had a number for both. Taxi showed up quickly and was super polite. All in all the Zuha Mart is awesome.”

“With times so darn tough for the pharmacies, I want to give a shout out to Walgreens Sugar Mountain. Everyone in this store is ALWAYS so nice, friendly and kind! As well as helpful! Tom the pharmacist is awesome! Is always there with helpful information! We are so lucky!!!”

“Outstanding! I don't know why they have a 2.1 rating, but let's just say this. That was my first time in banner elk that I can remember and first time at Walgreens in banner elk. I WILL be coming here from now on ! Friendly staff as soon as I walked in and I mean the radiance the clerk near the door had as I walked in just put most of my fears aside because I was so worried and Boone didn't have what I needed. The pharmacist was amazing as well, he seems like a guy that's particular and knows what he's talking about and helped me tremendously, I don't know if he's always this much of a blessing but good gawd I needed that break. The customer service was excellent ? when I went to cash out and it seems out in this area the pharmacies are over worked and possibly understaffed and under paid. In this general area I mean if North Carolina. Can't believe this place has such a bad review. Hopefully mine gets them a better rating cause they really deserve more than that. Thank you to all the staff. You guys helped my bad day turn to a good one. And saved me almost $200 dollars. I'll never forget that. Shout out to the pharmacist though. He did have a "BETTER CARD THAN I HAD ". ? Thanks again.”
