“My mom had to go to this Walgreens last Friday cause other pharmacies in our area in our Rockingham County were either out of the medicine my mom needed for eye or the price was too high. Luckily this Walgreens Summerfield had the eye drop medicine my mom needed. The lady working at front as soon as you walked in is really nice. Pharmacy technician explained to me how to do my mom's eye drop & etc. Overall my mom & I give this Walgreens in Summerfield .”

“I LOVE my pharmacists here at our one and only Walgreens in Summerfield! They make my life SO Much better by knowing our history and our health issues. They surprise me with the rapport they have with the medical community, and how easy they make it look to get our refills taken care of. If i were to shop by price, they are not the cheapest. HOWEVER, this store retains their two main pharmacists Aaron and Lylia. (for 13 years of my history)! That says a lot to me!
The store has many other friendly and helpful employees….Tami is always there the days not everyone wants to work..the day after Christmas, in the pharmacy, behind the photo desk - always willing to help! She’s a worker! Jacob is special. He looks like this burly, super masculine dude, but really comes across with such a soft and gentle voice that asks all the right questions, calls me by my name (which always makes people feel important) and totally puts me at ease when picking up prescriptions. Jacob has some history with this Walgreens now. Brandon is a powerful force as a Manager. He is patient and fair. He is always willing to listen to any question or problem that you have. He never “passes the buck”. Overall, the staff is FAB! The only reason for my lower rating is the inventory. What gives??? It is particularly obvious with the cosmetics shelf! Most BOGO - whether free or 50%, the second of whatever is rarely on the shelf!? That confuses even the highly educated client like me that comes in with a shopping list???”
