“This store is amazing. There are super sweet gift ideas in every book and cranny. It is beside Craftroom GSO. Two great shops side by side. My husband was thrilled with his Moss ball, a type of algae that grows in the form of a ball. The owner was very knowledgeable about answering his questions. So many lovely things. You do not have to have a green thumb to enjoy what they have to offer. They carry many wonderful art supplies that you cannot find at Michael's or other big box craft stores.”
“Got a pretty big Thai Constellation monstera there for the price of what most people sell tiny cuttings for! And some beautiful pepperomias and money tree. I go here a lot but forget to write a review. The staff there is always helpful. I highly recommend them for lovely, healthy houseplants, organic soils and friendly service ??”

“Wow!! I visited the Carriage House for the first time yesterday. What a beautifully merchandised collectibles and antiques shop. I have shopped so many antique and consignment shops in Greensboro, but I have never been here before. Firstly, it is not consignment. There are individual dealers in separate booths. It is a bit more consistently upscale then the other places I have been to, but that does not take away from the sheer pleasure of browsing. I would say it is moderately priced items and not the type of antique shop you are afraid to bump into something for fear of damaging something irreplaceable. I guess it really depends on your pocket book. Something's I found very affordable, something's were just out of my reach. They have smalls, furniture, decor and lovely oil paintings. I love ceramics so I enjoyed looking at lovely plates and colorful ginger jars. Wherever you looked, there was something interesting to see. The dealers just have magnificent taste in their collections and in how they merchandise their wares. There is a large parking lot in front. Just go and have fun. That's what we did!”

“Super cute boutique filled with gifts and decor from the local area. Clothing, candles, homemade ornaments and jewelry are all throughout the store and there is something for everyone. Parking is a little sketchy and hard to find close by, but it's worth a stop.”
“I cannot more highly rate the staff, the quality, and the care taken at Penland. I had my diplomas and law license framed by Noni and crew and they did a spectacular job. They worked with me to select frames that would make each piece really pop and called me with updates on my order along the way. Consider me a loyal customer!!”

My order was short a couple of handles and Cheryl from Flying Bulldogs responded to my email on a Sunday evening. She resolved the issue and first thing Monday sent the handles via FedEx. No issues, just GREAT customer service. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using Flying Bulldogs again in the future.”

“I love this store so much. It's a great place to stroll or a place to find something unique. I love that they allow dogs to come because my pup loves to shop there and they have an excellent pet aisle with beds, grooming products, toys, sweaters and more! It's so much fun to take a look around and just relax. While so many retailers are going online, I'm so thankful for a brick and mortar store that gets my creative juices flowing that also relaxes me. I'm truly a regular here and I love the welcoming and friendly associates.”

“Dressing room was clean, fitting room attendant was sweet as could be. Only complaint is the cashiers don't take the time to fold the clothes, they roll them up! I fold when I get to my car so it's not all wrinkled by the time I get home.”

“This is not the largest JoAnn store I've been in but it carries more than enough. The staff has always been friendly, helpful in finding what I am really looking for. Pricing is where it should be for most things. I like this store and enjoy my excursions there. The only down side to this (and any fabric store really) is the cut and then pay up front aspect. They staff is always shorthanded but cheerful and they try very hard. i would had preferred to give them a 4.5 score.”
