“This may be a weird thing to say and I did not expect to ever be saying this about a gas station but the hot wings in there are to die for.
Seriously, nice and crispy and a little bit charred on the outside, delicious and juicy inside. Not too spicy, but enough to know that they aren't mild. Just great flavor and texture in general.
Also, the rest of the gas station was clean and neat and had a pretty good selection.”
“Just passing through. Super nice people. Food was ok but nothing special. I would eat there again. sorry I have to be honest here. Of course it was pricey but it is a small convenient store. The furniture outside that is for sale is BEAUTIFUL! But the cherry on top is the 3 story high, super creepy inflatable Santa in the field next to the store. Can anyone say Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man? You should keep him up year round. He makes a great landmark.”
“This is a great little place to stop. I delivered paper rolls to the International Paper Plant nearby and was in need of a place to park safely for the night. There appears to be some sort of casino business in the one suite, and the gas station store on the other side. I didn't enter the casino so I can't speak to that. The gas station has a small dirt lot that was very quiet and nobody bothered me while I slept. I had initially wanted to fill up my fuel and def while here however it looks like their pumps are still under construction or being upgraded so fuel and DEF for semi trucks is currently unavailable. The shop is small but very well stocked and staff was very friendly. Nice clean restrooms as well which is a suprise for a small gas station like this. Very nice place to stop.”

“All I can say is this is a nice place. Although it may have some rough edges, the good outweighs the bad. The store has what you need, and the deli bar always has great tasting food. There's plenty of parking. However, overnight parking comes with a price of $15.00. If you can complain about this price, then perhaps you need a better paying job that will allow you to spend to park !!! ?”
“Only ExxonMobil in Clarksville Va. Just have older pumps. Ask cashier she stated the owner keeps saying he is going to replace them and then she laughs. Soooo doesn't sound like it's going to happen. I guess gas prices haven't produced a lot of profits.”
“This has always been a reliable stop when camping at the lake. We have had breakfast and lunch here on many occasions and never been disappointed. Great location for hot food with closest restaurant miles away.”

“Lakefront store that you can dock your boat and walk up to. Papa John's is located inside and we call ahead and order from them. Nice outdoor seating with lakefront views. They are quite busy but I have always experienced nice friendly staff. Their is also a Bait and Tackle Shop here that has a nice selection of bait along with boating accessories.”

“The employees here are friendly and nice! An older gentleman Asked if I was looking for anything in particular and if I needed help. Gas is currently 2.99 for regular gas here, big parking lot, 5 gas pumps here. They have premade food here and hot and ready options also! They even had newspapers! Clean store inside and outside is clean too!”
“Super clean bathrooms and affordable gas.The women’s bathroom was very odd as there was one bathROOM with one “closet” stall with no lock and a toilet and one toilet open to the rest of the bathroom with no privacy door or stall.Would absolutely stop again, but be prepared for an odd situation in the women’s bathroom.”

“I am not overly impressed, but then I don't have any experience with the competition either.I began by filling out the information requested on their website. It was straight forward. I received a quote, but I didn't get an email with a copy. I sent an email requesting the information, but never got a reply.I went through the process a second time. I understood that they would schedule a field inspection next. It never happened. I called, and it was scheduled. I expected the tanks to be installed after the site survey, but again nothing took place. I called again, and the field service was promptly scheduled. In summary, I didn't feel valued. It seemed that I was forgotten. I had to reach out to to AmeriGas for each operation~site inspection and site install. The corporate customer service did an excellent job of getting everything scheduled, but only after being contacted each time. There seems to be a disconnect between the website and scheduling.I paid in advance for services; received a receipt by email. The receipt was not itemized. When I called for that information, nobody had a clue. I'm hoping that now with everything in place, I will get updated. I did enjoy working with your field technician and delivery person. Both are dedicated employees. The field operations went smoothly.Like many businesses, it's clear that they are suffering from staff shortages due to Covid-19. Some of the communication issues I faced may be due, in part, to training new staff.Ironically, I received a detailed invoice as I was wrapping up this review. Other than the tank installation fee, there were no surprises (like fuel surcharges tacked on by trash collectors~my favorite). The install fee would have gone a long way toward purchasing a new or used tank, had I known in advance.Much like cell services, customers switch propane providers for the best deal. I'd like to think the major providers have field staff for emergencies like a leaking tank; an expense that small operations cannot necessarily afford.I have heard no negative feedback from neighbors using AmeriGas. It would be nice if they offered (in-store) services for recertifying tanks, or filling 100# tanks rather than my having to rely on 3rd party resellers.(Their website says they do recertifications, but their local store is closed to the public.)With inflation upon us, every dollar counts.Based on my overall experience, I have already recommended AmeriGas to another potential customer.”
“J.Gills may be the best stocked store I`ve ever shopped. Located next to a huge recreation area they are stocked with quality fishing, camping, and water recreation supplies, and a good selection of beverages and groceries ( including produce!!). While not as cheap as a big box store, they are certainly well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful , so is the owner.”
