“I love your store but do not get to visit very often. Everything was so neat and clean, prices were easy to find and every food item I bought was delicious. Even though it was very crowded that day, I still spent 2 hours looking around. I was afraid I would miss something and regret it later. Your store has grown so much since you first started the business. I wish you well and hope you will be around for many years to come.”
“So far every employee that I've dealt with has been tactful. None were tripping over themselves to try to be the most helpful or efficient either. But for what DG Hays their employees is absurd. Even if you are a manager., Your pay is insulting. Taking that into consideration I would have to say overall surprisingly I would give it a little better-than-average”

“An old time store that is still in the original family. Has transitioned to more hardware from dry goods. Interesting mix of quirky retail items. It's hard for Homer, the proprietor to get around but I love his desire to run the store.”
