“Team was very welcoming and lively on my first visit. Whole thing took roughly 10 minutes and I wasn't hounded with upsale pitches. Having a veteran discount was very cool, too. I'll definitely come back.”

“As an automotive shop owner I'm always eyeballing what other businesses are doing, and Trimax is a great place to take your car! From the moment you pull up and take in the lovely landscaping, thoughtfully laid out parking and welcoming lobby you know you have arrived at the right place! We trust Trimax for tire work on our own customer's cars and wholeheartedly recommend them to you.”

“I've had both my motorcycle and truck inspected here. They are reasonably priced, quick and knowledgeable. I moved out of Wake Forest but I still go there for my vehicles because it's worth the drive knowing I get reliable service there.”

“I wish I could add extra stars for going above and beyond. As a disable veteran who has a difficult time just getting out-they provided exceptional valet service each time my car is serviced. Al, the service manager, Luis, the gentleman who handled my service each time-both responded very quickly to my request. The service was stellar, the works package each time and also a 20k mile checkup. The valets who picked up and delivered my car took great care, extremely courteous and professional. Mr Turner was especially welcoming and professional and took great care driving my car. I cannot say enough good about these folks.”

“I just got an inspection. Didn't need an appointment. It was done quickly and they didn't try to force me to replace things like wiper blades. The waiting room is very cramped, but I wasn't in there long.”

“They were very professional and personable! My boys spilled some water in the waiting area and while I was trying to clean up, they came in to clean it up for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it—I never even asked! It was so kind. They were very sweet to my boys and listened to all their stories. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I wanted to leave a great review for Brandon Dexter and manager Jarrod at Walmart Auto Care. I originally came in for a tire rotation, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it done because my tread was showing. I was pretty upset since I had recently purchased two new tires elsewhere and nothing was mentioned to me at the time. Brandon and Dexter were both very professional, understanding, and patient throughout the situation. Instead of just turning me away, they took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me come up with the best solution for the time being. Their customer service, honesty, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you both for treating me with kindness and respect. Walmart is lucky to have employees like Brandon, Dexter, and Jarrod! (Sorry I misspelt your names)”
