Al, the service manager, Luis, the gentleman who handled my service each time-both responded very quickly to my request. The service was stellar, the works package each time and also a 20k mile checkup. The valets who picked up and delivered my car took great care, extremely courteous and professional. “I wanted to leave a great review for Brandon Dexter and manager Jarrod at Walmart Auto Care. I originally came in for a tire rotation, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it done because my tread was showing. I was pretty upset since I had recently purchased two new tires elsewhere and nothing was mentioned to me at the time.
Brandon and Dexter were both very professional, understanding, and patient throughout the situation. Instead of just turning me away, they took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me come up with the best solution for the time being.
