Great job manager, I received good service at the Deli my during my past three visits.Regarding the Deli: Dear store manager, you should fire everyone "working" at your Deli and hire new employees that enjoy waiting on customers. I have given up on getting sliced meat and cheese at the Deli because the employees hide or simply ignore me until I finally give up. Your current Deli employees are killing your sales. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I shop at your store twice per week and spend approximately $10,000.00 per year so this review is based on years of observation, not just one bad experience. If you would better manage this profit center, you could increase sales by 15 million dollars per year if your customers would spend $15.00 per week at the Deli. Isn't that enough to be worth your time?”
