“a big issue with getting info online. wonderful face to face customer service. my big complaint is there is NO after hours phone contact, particularly after 3pm Saturday until Monday morning! that is alot of time for bad actors to do damage!! please correct this!!”

“I’ve banked with Telco since i was in high school and they have always been so wonderful. They greet you as you walk in and staff is always smiling. They are always so understanding and helpful and if they don’t know an answer they go out of their way to find out. I deposit regularly here for my dad and they never give me a hard time.
