Thank you so much David for not rejecting us for our color, we went to get help from ROB and he said they were all out of gold iPhones, could care less what else we wanted to do, and said David could help us. We waited for David, and the whole time Rob was helping other people that was not the same color as us, anyways we get with David and he pulls us out a Gold iPhone 12 and helped us with the whole process. “Service really slow because of lack of customer service rep. Once I got to the rep, he was knowledgeable on the specific cell phones I was interested in. The sale they had on the Google Pixel 8 pro was phenomenal and the service rate of $29 for talk text and surf was awesome. I just wish they had more of the product. I didn't get the phone I "really" wanted because it was back ordered, but I got a good bargain on a phone that had excellent reviews. I can't wait to get it in the mail. I also like that they had a feature for standard signature before receiving my product to make sure they delivered it to the correct place. All in all it was an o.k. day at Spectrum, I walked away a happy customer regardless of the long wait!”
