“Since June of 2020 through to this week, I have used the Weaverville UPS store four times, picking up items at a nearby antique auctioneer, packing the heavy and fragile items and shipping them to me. On each occasion, their prices are fair and they have not attempted taken advantage of me as have other packers and shippers. Whilst I have never actually been to the store in person, I have always dealt successfully with the employees via the telephone or via email. Nonetheless my experience has always been positive as their pricing is reasonable and the items have always arrived without damage.”

“Clark Communications has been great to work with. Everything from start to finish feels smooth and easy. They are quick without cutting corners, and you can tell they really know what they are doing whether it is print, vehicle wraps, or signage. What I appreciate most is how responsive and clear they are with communication, which makes a big difference when you are juggling timelines. Their customer service feels genuine and they truly care about getting things right and making sure you are happy with the final result. Thank you!”

“The staff were enthusiastic, attentive and helpful with my small little project- (5 custom) t shirts. It took them less than 2 weeks to order special shirts and then print an image from a child's crayon drawing on them. They look awesome- very affordable Christmas gifts!”

“This is a real photo store. They have cameras, lenses, new and used. They sell and process film. They also stock a wide selection of camera equipment. Their prices are fair, and they have great customer service. Elliot, and Adam are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They take time to talk to their customers, learn their needs, and make suggestions. I went in to drop off some film to be processed. As I looked around I found two film cameras that needed a home. Now I have two new to me cameras. WNC is lucky to have a shop like Ball Photo Supply. Most cities do have a photo shop.”

“local artist Yvonne McCabe brought her original painting, “Mountain Queen,” to produce a print for me in its original size (36x36). working with AJ at Henco, he scanned and printed her piece using Cold Press Natural paper for Fine Art Prints. Henco’s turnaround and shipping was fast and seamless! and i received it rolled and well-packaged within days to Indiana. the finished product is amazing and strikingly beautiful. the quality of their printer brought out the vibrancy of color and Yvonne’s brushstrokes, too. it’s been hard to decide on matting/framing for this piece, but rest assured that the quality behind the printer and the artist’s mastery of her medium makes this piece something i will cherish in my home forever. thank you AJ and your team at Henco for such professionalism and candor throughout the process—both working with me from afar and with Yvonne there in your store. i hope for the opportunity to work with you both again. 🙏🏻”

“Their print portion of the store is the only part I’ve used. I do curbside pick up & they’re always very mindful to call if they think there’s a print issue & they’re super prompt. Staff in the print center are welcome over for dinner lol I love them”

“I had a last-minute order I needed to get in. I’m from out of town and I’ve forgotten to print some documents when I ordered the print to be picked up. It said it would be picked up at 5 PM. I called to see if I could get it in any earlier and the woman on the phone told me she had just printed it and to come right in. They were extremely kind and accommodating”

“Have been purchasing from Staples for years. Generally, they have an extensive range of products at competitive prices even though they are competing with the online retailers with lower overhead. At this point, Staples is like an old friend who I can visit. I know what to expect.”

“Penny is so wonderful, I didn't receive a package that was really important to me and over the phone, she was SO helpful--gave me exact steps on how to get help, asked questions on my behalf to get to the bottom of the issue, and called me back on her lunch break to make sure I we were on the same page--she is wonderful!”
