Told me she would wait until I arrived even if after 5pm, was very pleasant and eager to help....and the best...this all was before she even knew if I was a customer. Just as amazing when I got there, and I even heard the other tellers that sounded so pleasant and professional. You just don't find this customer service anymore. A+ Pinnacle Ballantyne!”
“I've been a member at Charlotte Metro Credit Union, now Skyla, since 2015, and they've always been fantastic. They've financed 3 cars for me, and recently got me a rewards cards with 0% interest for 12 months on balance transfers. They were able to pay off all my other credit cards and move those balances to their rewards card at 0%. Fantastic customer service, great people, and super convenient, regardless of the location. Plus, I like the feeling of working with a local financial institution rather than one of the big banks. Highly recommend!”

“I began banking with FNB in Mint Hill in 2015, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The bank manager, Melissa Fields, helped me get an auto loan even when the NC SECU would not approve me (SECU wouldnt count my children's SSI death benefits from their father as income, despite the fact that the minivan was for them lol! I have GREAT credit). I paid the loan off btw. The staff have also been there to help me with starting my own business, when I was going through an IRS audit, and when I underwent identify fraud. They always remember me by my first name when I walk in, and always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls. I have since moved from Mint Hill, but I still call them anytime I need help. They may be a big bank, but the employees at this branch are all fantastic.”

“I had a WONDERFUL experience at Truliant's Matthews, NC location and it was all because of DOUG! He works at the Waverly location but was assigned to this location today. Upon entering, I was met with a smile and extreme professionalism. I told Doug I was interested in membership, opening an account, and information on auto loans. I wasn't aware that they work by appointment only on Saturdays. Although they were booked solid with membership appointments, Doug still tried to squeeze me in today. When I told him that wasn't necessary, he told me the best time to call to schedule an appointment. He also informed me of how I didn't have to put it off because all those services could be done online through their website and gave me instructions on how to do it. Doug even went the extra mile, by quickly crunching potential auto loan interest rates and monthly payment amounts for me.This visit proved to me that Truliant respects and cares for their members and clientele. “I have dealt with this bank since 2015. I had two problems with online merchants drafting my account but WF set them straight and showed me what I did wrong. They even showed me how to bank by phone when I had a broken back. I have never had a single problem with WF at Indian Trail. They know I'm not perfect and helped me understand what I did wrong. “What originally started as the worst banking experience I’ve had turned into the best at this SECU location because of Adam Z. Shapiro. I had been trying to get a check deposited from Chase Bank but was originally told at the first SECU they wanted to hold it for 10 days but referred me to directly take it to Chase to cash since it was their account and check then bring the cash back to deposit it with SECU. So I did. After an hour in traffic due to a bad wreck (hope everyone was ok) the closest Chase was closed due to power outage from the accident. Found the second closest Chase that was 25 min away. Chase Bank wouldn’t cash the check because I didn’t have an account with them. Not only did they NOT offer for me to open one with them but even after letting them know I had already been given the run around at another location and had driven to a second location that’s power was out they let me sit there for 35 minutes just to tell me they wouldn’t cash a check that THEIR bank backed. It was 4:48 and I found the closest SECU and drove there to see if anyone would be willing to help me. I bank with SECU. I walked straight up to Adam and man am I glad I got him after all this mess. He was so nice and professional and genuinely wanted to help. He took care of me and had me back out the door in probably about 5 or less. Wish I would have gotten with him first after spending too much time out of my day over this. I recommend SECU and their services, but especially this location and Adam. Turned my day right around for sure. Adam if your supervisor sees this, they should treat you to lunch. ; ) You’re great and I hope you feel valued because you are a definitely an asset!”

He greeted me with professionalism and a genuine kindness that you don’t see anywhere these days, he addressed my concerns as if they were his own, and made sure that all areas of concern were addressed. He was charming, polite and very efficient in solving my issues. He went an extra step and walked me to the ATM to make me feel comfortable which meant the world to me.
