Nate helped me through several purchases over multiple visits, and his patience and dedication were incredible. He assisted me with upgrading my phone, purchasing two watches for my children, and then took the time to connect everything and work through multiple issues right there in the store.
He spent several hours helping me and never once made me feel rushed. He even let me choose the phone numbers for the new devices, which meant a lot to us. Every time I came in, Nathan was fully present, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right.
Customer service like this is rare. Nate went above and beyond, and Verizon is lucky to have him. He deserves best employee award and a promotion for being so helpful and patient.”

“On April 16th I went to this store for SEVERAL issues regarding my phone and phone service. Reonna was extremely helpful and professional! She was VERY patient and friendly. She helped me to understand every question I asked and helped resolve some issues I had been having with my phone service for over two years! She discovered there was no insurance (which there should have been) and a whole phone line that was never utilized on my plan. Ultimately leading me to receive a brand new phone, receiving my teacher discount (finally), and my monthly payment being reduced tremendously! I told her that I could cry sitting there as she helped fix some major issues that no one had been able to help me fix or understand! I really felt like someone had finally paid attention to me.
