“Old school meets new school and everything in between! This is possibly one of the best and most unique grocery stores I have stepped foot in. When I saw the reviews online while looking for a restaurant and then when I pulled up and saw the words “pork center“ I just had to go in. Take your time walking around, but if you need more expedited field trip, go straight to the back right and walk toward the left, just perusing the back wall. On the back right you will see the breakfast meat with House made sausage ranging anywhere from the length of your forearm to the length of your entire wingspan. Shelves up upon shelves of canned goods made specifically for the grocery store with the same ingredients, your grandparents used to eat instead of all the junk that is put into things now. Think bread and butter, pickles that actually tells you the name of the spices, and homemade preserves and jams without extra chemicals for preservation or a bunch of corn syrup. go down the line to see the largest selection if meat and especially pork I’ve ever seen in a grocery store,.! In terms of pork, they have ever cut you could possibly imagine. Even specialty defines like pigtails, split pigs feet, cured salted cuts for seasoning, ham hocks, cubed pork steak and the list goes on. They even have sausages hanging and country hams hanging in sacks behind the counter. Keep walking down for a large selection of baked goods baked offsite but clearly from a country bakery. Now, I will say I was a little disappointed to see corn syrup used in some of the baked goods, showing me it was a larger, even if still local, commerical bakery. However based on the look you can still tell there is a quality of care for the products. Go next door for a wonderful classic country cooking style breakfast or lunch.”

“Came to this location to cash a check at customer service. The cashiers that were there were definitely following the "count on me" procedure. I used to work for this company for 11 years and know atleast that part. The store was tidy and the employees were polite. As for my personal service with my transaction... perfect and friendly she was. She told me her name and I only asked because I admired her genuine personality. I know that the time was 14:33:08 from my receipt. Thank you guys for servicing me today...”
“I love Harris Teeter! The store is very nice clean and the staff in my experience are all very kind and well informed. Most important though is the benefits you get by simply using your Vic card (which is just they're loyalty card just ask the person at the register for it and download the app ASAP). Use it every time you check out You will earn points for every dollar spent that can be used to save up to $1 per gallon in gas at the Harris teeter gas station right next door to the grocery store itself. When you download the Harris teeter app you can clip coupons to your Vic card and save even more money. Every Friday you can clip a coupon that will earn you 4x the points for your gas savings. They also normally have the best deals on drinks like buy 2 get 3 free. Some other items can be more expensive there but for me as a delivery driver the gas savings make it worth it by far. Not everything is more expensive and like I said they do have good deals most of the time on lots of things but especially their drinks. A very highly recommend shopping at Harris Teeter. Harris Teeter is the best they also have a lot of items that other stores do not have.”

“I love going to the l&l stores than other convenience stores bc they always have cigarette discounts, or most of the time the cheapest cigarettes no matter the brand than other stores around, plus all of the l&l employees conversate and joke with you especially if they see you regularly, and the stores organization & set up is convenient and easy to see items you may want”
“Dollar General in Enfield NC is pretty well stocked with the essentials. If something's not on the shelf, the manager will try to have it within a short time. The store is clean, aisles are clutter-free, floors are free of spills. I'm always greeted when I walk in and if I need help on the sales floor, I can almost always find an associate to help me. Checkout time is fast unless there's only one associate, but it's understandable. The whole staff is courteous and friendly.”
“Made a quick stop to grab some dog treats and snacks. Was greeted with a warm “Hello, How are you tonight?” from Walter the store mgr. While there he asked if I needed assistance locating any items . It was great to receive that sort of attention- for me being a service tech that travels far and wide - in some establishments you’d have to hunt someone down for help only to get an attitude like you’re bothering them for doing so .

“I'm new to the area. I stopped in just to check what was available should I ever get into a bind and need an item. When I first walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. No stale smells. As I walked down the isles I was impressed again of the cleanliness. No dust sitting on cans or other items. There was a little of different things. Not much but enough that I wouldn't have to ride all the way to Nashville. The cleanliness makes it worthwhile to stop here at any time. Oh, the gas and propane seems comparably priced.”
