“The car was not the greatest with 58k miles but it was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the assistant manager Jeremy went out of his way to meet my preferences.”
“Great car. Got upgrade because the size is wanted wasn't in stock. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not prepared well for the trip we were taking. The windows seemed to be cleaned with the wrong type of cleaner and fogged a lot. Washer and oil levels were low. I had to add both products during the trip. Enterprise took $40 off my bill to take care of the inconvenience. Overall, we were pleased with the hyundai Tucson it drove well for 2500 miles. We will rent from them again.”
“had to get a rental while my war was worked on, they picked me up from the shop, got me in a brand new Audi for the week and handled everything, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They also use insurance too. Staff was sharp! polite, well dressed and on top of it. Matt helped me and I highly recommend this location.”

“SUV was brand new, only 500 miles on it, and rented it at a great price! Loved the ride of the Jeep Compass. Also, we left a laptop in the car. Once we realized it we called the airport location. They found it and we have made the arrangements to have it sent to us. 10 out of 10 rating for this whole experience.”
“The car I requested was not ready but it would have been only a few minutes wait so I took what was available. The best thing about the experience was the Enterprise agent who helped me. She could not have been more friendly and helpful about every detail. That attitude will have me always come back. ILM is also a great airport and picking up and returning cars is a breeze.”

I want to give a huge thank you to Cassi at Avis at the Wilmington, NC airport. She went above and beyond in a moment when people truly needed help.
At around 2:00 AM on Friday, while other car rental companies had closed early and left paying customers stranded, Cassi was still there — working late, standing tall, and showing real professionalism.
She didn’t just assist those of us with Avis reservations (like myself). She also stepped up to help customers from other companies who were abandoned without a vehicle or explanation. Cassi treated everyone with kindness, calm, and compassion — whether they were Avis customers or not.
That kind of dedication is rare, and it meant a lot to all of us in that moment. Avis should be proud to have someone like Cassi on their team — she represents the gold standard of customer service.

“Only issue that I had with renting from budget out of Wilmington was that corporate had no idea that they Wilmington had a drop off policy in non-business hours. Apparently this is a corporate problem where they're not aware of what's happening at the rental agent in Wilmington.”
