“We lease a 26' box truck. They're always consistent with communication and p.m. services. Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.”

“Safety 1st! Uhal store clerk didn't know how to hitch our car to the tow, which was attached to the moving truck. There wasn't a Uhaul worker there besides her, to do the tow. This was SHOCKING!!! What do customers do if they can't figure it out? This is unsafe. How many people are on the road with improper tow hitching.

“I was in on January 22nd and Stephanie was so incredibly helpful and friendly with my rental. She went and beyond providing excellent customer service. It was a very tense moving situation and I was already burnt out. The moving help cancelled last minute so I had to reschedule my rental and it was very easy to do. She was very accommodating which really helped to lower my anxiety. The location was super convenient right downtown and the rental was perfect (new, clean and reliable). I went back two days later for another rental needed for FB marketplace finds. I didn’t get her name but the woman who helped me on Saturday Jan 24th was also fantastic (friendly, professional, helpful and understanding, again putting me at ease). I highly recommend this location and will use them again in the future. Thank you ladies!”

It’s also nice that this place stays open later than most uhaul places in town. Their store is well stocked with stuff you might need for moving. When it comes to moving I suggest coming here.”

“Picking Up and Dropping off process was quick and easy. I was unable to meet my initial pickup time so I called the 800 number and within seconds I was able to update the time and my reservation. The truck (10 foot) was easy to drive, clean and superb air conditioning, which was definitely needed with the temperature over 95 degrees.
