While I had to cancel some of my order due to issues with availability, they were easy to work with and provided the appropriate support and changes.

After two full days of slides, all of a sudden the projector in our conference stopped working with one more day of classes to go. Port City came out the very next morning first thing, was able to identify the problem and repair it very quickly so the class could continue. Great job!!
