First off, Demar Gracie is one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. Not only did he make my phone buying experience amazing, he continued to go above and beyond months after the transaction was complete.
Demar is honest, genuine, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly a man of his word.
Also, the Verizon store at Mayfaire is clean and exceptionally well run by David Hofe. All the staff are friendly and their customer service is top notch from the time you enter the building until you leave.
If you are looking for a new phone, Internet, tablet, smart watch, or just want to entertain switching carriers-I highly reccomend Demar and this Verizon location.”
