My husband died very unexpectedly and I had family coming in from Florida, they solved a difficult problem quickly and helped make room for more family to come and stay with us on a comfortable bed and accessories. Spencer was very patient with me as he talked through a variety of options based on my budget and location as to where the system would need to installed. Spencers knowledge and experience with so many types of audio equipment was incredible. “I am on a family plan that I have had ongoing issues with and have made multiple trips to other stores to try to correct, but with no success. Today, I went to this location at Caitlin was fantastic! She listened to what I was experiencing, sat down with me and went well out of her way to try to solve the issue. She was kind, funny, and had the patience of a Saint. Not only did she listen to me, but had the courtesy to get on speakerphone with the family account holder and displayed outstanding professionalism despite being interrupted on the phone multiple times and not treated very well.
