“I did call to have an appointment. I needed both front windshield wipers replaced. Parts were found ASAP. I was waiting for the replacements of motors and all new arms. Ken found out my wipers had 2 motors per arm. He also found replacements at a different price. I sat in the office area across my secretary and bathroom. The office was exceptionally clean and very safe for a woman waiting. Ken does prefer to have you drop off your car with a time he sets up. Ken comes in to tell you about the prices and time to repair . I was told of progress updates by Ken. It took about 3 hours for total all new parts. He even asked if I preferred a certain wipers. I was safe, well informed of repairs, met some of his employees. They have a family atmosphere and they enjoy Parkers Barbeque in Wilson NC. I thought recommend this auto center to any one . Especially women . Kens work is very respected as well as his word. These are 2 things rarely found now.

“Took my GMC truck in to get a diagnosis on what I thought was going to be a transmission issue. Chris was able to take a quick look and let me know it was probably an ABS issue instead. He referred me to another shop and didn’t even charge the diagnostic fee. 10/10 recommend!”

“This company is Great! We were in an emergency situation with our work van down all of a sudden. Someone referred them and we are so grateful they did. They suggested towing the vehicle so no more damage would be done (wasn't a bad idea at all) and they had our van back to us faster than I thought it would be. We will definitely refer them and hopefully we won't need them again but if we do, we know who to call! The techs were very nice also and kept us up to speed on the progress. very professional.”
“Was on vacation got 30 miles away from Topsail beach and my 2001 ford excursion had bad transmission shudder . I called Monday afternoon they got me in Tuesday 8:30 am. Did transmission scan and test drive. They dropped transmission pan replaced filter and added fluid got out of there by 2 :30pm. The truck did fine pulling 5000 lb camper back to Virginia you guys are Fantastic!.. Thanks Zac!!”
