Then there’s Cameron, the office manager. An absolute delight. The kind of guy you’d want to take to a party because you’d leave with more friends than you arrived with.
Abdul in finance was just as impressive—thorough, personable, and genuinely committed to making the final steps smooth and stress-free. He made the paperwork feel less like a chore and more like checking into a boutique hotel.
Overall? A truly fantastic experience. I drove away happy, confident, and shockingly within budget.

The owner looked out for my specific need and with the help of a very knowledgeable technician figured out a very complex issue with my MKZ that I had pretty much given up on. I give them a 5 Star rating very easily for good work and stellar customer service.
August 6, 2024: I brought my 2008 MKZ in for what I thought was a water leak. This was a real duh moment for me...turns out the coolant reservoir had simply kicked out the excess and no leakage was found. I appreciate the honesty and stellar customer service. By the way I owe one of the techs an over due lunch for troubleshooting what I thought was a hopeless alternator situation. I will take care of this sir.”

“Mavis Tire on Fairlawn Court is a must visit! I usually deal with Discount Tire but Mavis had them beat this time! And they even carry the insurance on the tires now which NTB did not. I am a long-standing customer with Discount Tire but they did not have the tires that I needed in stock and the ones they did have the price was through the roof. I will be probably switching my business over to Mavis from now on. The lady at the front desk Miss Angie was a very big help. I actually called before I came and I thought the person I was talking to was in the store but they were actually somewhere in New York taking my order and the person I am I like face-to-face customer service. She was a very big help actually help me find a better tire for a better price that will last longer on my vehicle so thank you Miss angie! Mr Isaiah was able to lock the price down and make sure I got my 4 tires for a great great price I have already set my appointment for tomorrow to come get a four-wheel alignment! I am definitely dealing with Mavis Tire on Fairlawn Court from now on especially since they are down the street from my house!”

“Love my experiences with Twin City. One month ago my 2013 broke down. They diagnosed the timing chain. Most surprisingly they fixed it within a few hours! Recommended an oil change to within 500 miles to insure the the repair. Fast forward to the oil change. They wonderfully made the trek to my place of work, picked up my car, did the oil change, inspection and returned my vehicle within 2 hours. It was SO convenient and timely. Maverick was a pleasure to interact with. He called every time letting me know what was happening and with recommendations the technicians had. ?% would stand by this shop and how they conduct business. Definitely fair priced.”

“Had a warning light on my 2006 GMC Yukon saying to service tire pressure monitor. J Medic said they could do the job and was able to have it done same day. They also went over the vehicle, which I much appreciated, and said that my AC belt was worn and cracked and also recommended replacing the belt beside it since they were in there. I had them go ahead and do it to prevent a belt breaking. There was no pressure to do anything further as I’m very particular about my vehicles and would rather be safe than sorry. The guys at the front desk were professional and one of them, Darryl, owned a Yukon too so he knew exactly about the vehicle. I highly recommend them.”

“10/10 definitely recommend! I called just hoping they would have time to look at my car before they closed today being that it was Friday. They said I could bring it by really quick and they would try to see what the issue was so that I could at least have peace of mind over the weekend (very kind, because I was freaking out.) They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and even showed me what it was. They were also nice enough to fix it right then when they didn’t have to, at a very reasonable price. “Surprisingly never heard of this place in my 47 years of life in Winston/Clemmons. The power steering went out on my Acura and a friend recommended them as she has done on several occasions. I finally went because apparently lots of places "aren't sure" if they repair power steering until they look at it. Anyways ...the guys at AccuWrench spent the better part of a day checking out my problem. When they called I was sure I had at least a $2,500 expense to deal with, but no! They spent a good deal of time tracking down codes etc and called to let me know that my power steering problem was covered under an extended warranty from Acura. I was BEYOND pleased. I seriously nearly cried. Many mechanics would've repaired my car and taken my money without a second thought. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much!”

“I have been coming to Boyd's Tire Center since I had my first car, on a college student's budget. He always provide great service with an even better price. It seems that people sometimes get upset when they drive around back and see Mr. Boyd working on another car, because he is supposed to be exclusively working with theirs, ?.
He may or may not let you know the state of your old tire since you came to him in the first place. I just had to ask today. I didn't know one tire was down to the wire. The other, yes I felt the bump on the previous day when I turned on my street to go home. That red thing is a roofing nail, who knew? Mr. Boyd did, lol.
