“I want everyone to see the wonderful kind of people that work at this O’Reilly…my husband worked at O’Reilly part time after we retired and he passed recently. I was out and stopped at an O’Reilly store (not store #1099) and bought a battery for his old beater run errands Tahoe because it wouldn’t start. The person there said they would come by and put it in, but they never showed and I never heard anything. My grandson happened by and we tried to change it…but I was missing a long socket to reach the base of battery. So…I finally called store #1099 where my husband had worked and got the manager Trey. Trey never met my husband, he had only been in that store about a year. I told him my predicament and he immediately offered to come when he got off and change out the battery for me. We lived within 2 blocks of the store and he was there in no time. When he removed the old battery, he stopped and called the store because he felt it had a warranty and it did. So he said he would pop back to store and warranty it out and bring me a new one free of charge. All this time I am trying to pay him something for his efforts and he will not accept. He came back with new battery, got it in, we cranked it up just fine. And on top of all of that, he told me to bring in the battery I had bought for a refund, so I got my $130 back.
So I ask you…do you know of any other auto parts store anywhere that would do all that for some random lady? If you are not trading with this O’Reilly store…you need to be! I can never thank this gracious and amazing young man enough. When your spouse dies, life is hard enough and you get overwhelmed with all the things you must attend to and this manager absolutely lifted a burden from me… thank you Trey!”
“So today I had to deal with this O’reilly’s Auto Parts and I was greeted by a representative named Eric. Erik was not only friendly nice and had exceptional customer service but as a pro customer with Wilson auto repair mobile, he helped me with my every need and went above and beyond all expectations. I am extremely satisfied and I am very impressed with this location based on Eric’s performance. Whoever taught him customer service And trained him at O’Reillys made one of the best assets O’reilly’s has to offer and just because of him this is my favorite location in the area and I will only deal with him!”
