About Best Western Plus University Inn

Best Western Plus University Inn offers comfortable rooms with soft beds and clean bathrooms. Guests praise the friendly staff and the good hot breakfast, which includes items like bacon, sausage, and gravy. The hotel features a spacious parking lot with ample lighting and security cameras for guest safety. It is located in a good area with many attractions nearby, including Wake Forest and a museum. While some guests noted issues with smoke in the hallways and non-functional amenities, others highlight the hotel's overall cleanliness and recommend it for travelers. The lobby is very nice, and the fitness room is clean and updated. However, there are currently no food or drink facilities available on site. Some reviews mention that the hallways show signs of renovation, with outdated areas and visible wires. The rooms are fairly modern with a firm bed and four pillows, but some guests reported an odor upon arrival. The bathrooms are small, making it difficult to maneuver, with the door swinging close to the toilet bowl. Despite these issues, there were no safety concerns reported, although the elevator is noted to be older and noisy. Overall, guests appreciate the hard work of the staff, particularly at the front desk, and recommend the breakfast experience.
