“Friendly, great price on rabbit food. Got 2 bags instead of one, sofresh the pellets smelled like sweet feed. Rabbits rate it 5 out of 5. Definitely will return again for more!”
“Was in this location Friday evening and as l was checking out with cashier l was trying to locate my coupon for purchasing two Icon ratchets but unable to find it and had to pay full price. Once home found it and went back to store and fortunately the same polite helpful cashier was there willing to make things right!! Very professional and extremely helpful. Her name was Brittany l believe, a supervisor there and been employed 8 yrs with Harbor Freight. She is truly an asset to that company and l hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thanks to her l will keep this location as my favorite store!!!”

“Tina, whom I believe is a lead in the Garden Center, went above and beyond for me today. Not old did she offer great advice on a painted lady philodendron that I was going to buy, but she took the time, about 15 minutes, out of a very busy Saturday, to track down a price on a ceramic pot that I wanted to purchase that didn't have a label (was placed in a wrong spot with other ceramic pots). We went to the clearance section of the store, and she did some research on her device to find out that it was actually on clearance, and printed a label for me. Like I said, she could have just brushed me off, or lazily charged me full price, assuming that it was priced the same as the ones on the shelf, but she absolutely took the time to help me out AND save a few dollars at the same time. I really hope that Lowe's sees this and acknowledges her hard work!”

“I installed Franklin Brass VOI35-MB wall hooks in the mud room of houses we built and some of the socket screws came with the package are way too long. I emailed the company and the very next day they shipped a pack of shorter ones to me. I am very pleased with them as a new home builder. The wall hooks are very solid and modern looking.”

“I go to this store multiple times a week. The lady driving the zamboni needs to come in prior to the store opening. It is very loud 1st. But 2nd and more important, the excess water that is left on the floor, could cause an accident!!

“Good Home Depot. Doesn’t have quite as much stock as the Hanes Mall location but still good. This location also has a theft issue. Make sure to lock up your vehicle and tool boxes in the parking lot. Not the store’s fault but so other customers are aware.”
