They worked quickly and efficiently and they were very knowledgeable in their craft. “Nice people and probably the best of all the other locations. Wish I could give it a 5, but T Mobile needs to treat their staff better and have more people working for helping customers. The people working were multitasking like crazy, but having worked in retail management for my entire life you can tell when people are JUST THERE and NOT totally enjoying what they do. Yes they were good, but I felt rushed withy experience once more customers walked in. I stayed out in the parking lot for over an hour downloading my own new phone. I made sure I was doing it correctly before I left since I've never had an experience like this. Basic chit chat about what was being done just to get me in and out fast. I like many people do not know a lot about setting up a new phone. Mainly you get nervous about it due to being afraid you will lose photos etc etc. Once I was handed my phone nothing much else was explained to me and I did come back in to ask about things. I actually came back the next day too for more help. The person I had seed very rushed and did basic without much conversation. I think his name was Frank, but he helped when I came back in and I could tell the other person just failed to tell me important details. So ... T Mobile ... Hire enough help so you don't stress your people out and have them act just like robots. You may keep people longer in this job if you treat them better.”

“I went last night and they prob had 20 names on the TV wait-list. Now I got there at 6pm and did not leave till 7. I did not mind but I could see the frustration on others faces. I just sat patiently and waited as I know how customer service is. There were only two people. Which had to be tuff. They truly need four or three to help. I had a great lady, she was very lovely and had a great attitude and she had a hard day. I tired my best to bring some light into this world as no one needs to add more darkness or rudeness. She did wonderful and I am grateful she got some relief at that present moment. Keep going keep pushing each day is different and has its ups and downs. Keep it light and bright ?”
