“This H&M store in Hanes Mall has an interior and exterior entrance, and is two levels. You can get to it at nearly the center of the mall, or inside after walking through JCPenney from the Belk side. This place was pretty spotless head to toe, on both floors. There is a spacious stairway for both floors, and also an elevator. The upper level has the mens, and the bottom has women and kids. I found the staff to be nice, and the place to be well spaced, clean and pretty decently priced! It's a worthy stop inside the mall, so get your H&M fix here!”
“I visited this location to return shrunken kids' clothes under the 1-year quality guarantee. The initial cashier was very rude and argued that I couldn't return them without tags, which is incorrect for defective items. However, she called the manager over, and the manager was wonderful. The manager handled the transaction immediately, knew the policy, and was very nice. 5 stars for the manager's customer service, but the frontline staff needs better policy training and a better attitude.”

“The best A&F I’ve been to in so long! It was so well organized/stocked and easy to shop! Hannah helped me find the besttt jeans (and my actual size - a queen). Sam made my checkout seamless (I had a few exchanges from an online purchase that she handled with no problem - that’s rare in retail and beyond appreciated). Angel is a natural hype man (upsold me a hat just by complimenting it - it really is that easy lol).
