“The man who did my screen was awesome, Very nice and welcoming, came in within the last hour or so of closing and he got me right the same day, very affordable, 125 dollars for my iPhone 11. The replacement screen does have minor issues with responsiveness, sometimes i have to click the same thing 5 or more times for it to respond. But by no means at all will that decrease the stars on this review, The people here are great and i definitely recommend to anyone who needs a phone fixed”
“I want to helpfully let everyone know I was told that this is not actually a "real" Verizon store, in spite of the building saying Verizon on all 4 sides. The gentleman that helped us was a sweetheart but was unable to help us get our phone traded in after an online upgrade. After a rigamarole in front of his computer, he said the problem was this was not actually a "real" Verizon store. I pointed to the Verizon sign and asked why does it say Verizon. He said we needed to go to a "corporate" Verizon. I did not know what that meant. When pressed, he said to go to the one on Stratford Rd. Also want to note that the one on Stratford Rd closes earlier than this one (7pm vs. 8:30pm) which means we will have to go back another day. We were at this fake Verizon store (Jonestown Rd) at about 7:15pm on 3/15/2025. It altogether sucked away about 15+ minutes waiting for a clerk to be free and then the whole process of looking up the data. The place was otherwise almost empty until another customer walked in. I heard her complaining that this store does not have a kiosk for bill payment, so she too had to wait. I'm not sure if she had her issue solved because we left as she was going up to the desk. I guess this store is only for sales? I hope by posting this info it can save other people the hassle.”
“I can't say enough good things about Will and his staff. I arrived when it was busy, was immediately greeted with a smile and checked on more than once. After a brief wait, Will answered all my questions and solved my issues. He even pointed out a risky app which I deleted! This is my go to location because they know customer service!”

“My cell phone needed a charging port and was fixed a week later and has since been repaired 5 times due to faulty parts. This was an experience I never thought I would go through from a professional repair shop. To that effect they have repaired it every time free of charge”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”
“I went in because I thought I had cracked my phone's screen. The man working said I had only cracked the screen protector and I just needed to replace that. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't play on my ignorance to try and upsell me a new screen or new phone. I was impressed by his honesty.”

“They work only on iPhones. So if you have an Android and need it to be repaired it's kinda of tough u may have a long week wait for parts and labor when it comes to Android repairs at this location or it's subsidiaries.”
“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is a woman there by the name of Maya I believe it was. She was very polite, kind and very helpful. I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand.
