“If you need to go to a T-Mobile store, this is the place. It is a corporate location, not a 3rd-party authorized retailer. The atmosphere is very chill, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Latifah H. handled an extremely complicated process involving an improperly ported number (thanks to Verizon), and was patient and understanding. “I went in for a screen replacement for my Samsung S23 Ultra. They quoted me $220 and 30 mins repair for a aftermarket screen.
After asking about the price she said she could drop it to $210. I thought I could beat that price so I called around a few different shops. No one could do better, the next best was $280 and then $300.
I came back and left my phone for a repair. I timed it cause I was in a rush and needed to leave the shopping area. It took them about about 45 mins but they did keep the price the same.
I'm writing this about 5 weeks after my purchase so I could make sure the screen works and was reliable. So far I approve and would shop here again. The screen isn't a one to one but does have all the functionality like fingerprint and dimming that I was worried about.
The shop has more cell phone cases than Ive ever seen anywhere else in my life.
The ladies that were running the shop were chill and straight up. Not exactly polite but not rude either.
My phone works great and I would go back to them for service. It saved me hundreds in the long run.”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“I found this place online, when I went in the guy at the window was so helpful and explained the process to a tee. I advised him I was not from the area & had went to another place which could not repair my sons ps5 so I googled this place. He offered same day repairs. They sent you a text when they start working and updated messages through the process. It was quick and done right. When I arrived back which was not long at all maybe a hour, he then plugged my game up and showed me the repairs on the screen. This place was clean, friendly, fast and very professional. I would gladly return and drive over a hour to go back to this spot. I highly recommend it to anyone needing repairs.”
