“Love living here. The location is super convenient, as Walmart and food lion are both walking distance. The floor plans are great, but the maintenance does sometimes take a bit of poking and prodding to get anything done. Overall, a nice place to live!”

“The staff is really great. Very friendly, and professional. The apartments are nice, clean, and quiet. Unfortunately I got to meet the maintenance crew a few too many times already (I officially moved in Jan 8th) The good news is the maintenance staff are also friendly and professional and respond to issues quickly. It appears my apartment did not have an anyone make sure all lights, locks on bedroom door, washer machine and clogged sink (easy fix with liquid plumr) were in working condition before I moved in. It has been a little disappointing to see so many problems that seem could have been addressed had someone checked before I moved in. from the reviews I had seen these issues i’m having seem to be an anomaly. Overall I’m enjoying my brief time at Element Barclay.”
“I really like living here. Great amenities and some outdoor spaces to walk our dog that aren’t just concrete and sidewalks. Spacious apartments and modernized. Feels very luxurious to my partner and I! Lol”
“My husband and I went to an open house in Burgaw and met Lauren Ricks Tucker. She was nice and easy to talk to. When we left,my husband said if we get a realtor we will get her!!! Well after several showings of homes in Burgaw and couldn't quite find what we were looking for. She showed us a property for a new construction. So we decided to go with that to get exactly what we wanted. Lauren and her Dad , Art Ricks worked together and made the experience very easy .”

“My wife's family's been coming to Wrightsville Beach for years (Aunts Uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, spouses, and kiddos) and the Carolina Temple Island Inn has been a mainstay and central location for our stay for decades. I married into this family tradition and am now hooked on this place and my family will be staying here for years to come. Steve and Mary are the friendliest folks (and owners) and it wouldn't be a vacation without seeing them. I highly recommend staying here!”
