“Excellent place to stay, great staff and a 5 star breakfast ??
Rooms: Very nicely kept with very comfortable bed and pillows.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was outstanding with a great spread. It had something for everyone, including 3 varieties of milk, i.e., cow, soya, and almond. Very helpful and jolly kitchen staff.”

“Stayed here for one night while I was in the area. Super cute rooms, comfy beds and nice pillows. Decor is cute, location is clean and staff is very accommodating and friendly. Nice large rooms and good continental breakfast. Would recommend ✅”
“We stayed at the Hampton in Bismarck at the start of our vacation and on the way home. So, two different nights and two different rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. The sheets on one of the beds the second stay, appeared to have a stain or dirt on the top. The pillows were a little thick and firm. On the first night, the bathroom was unkept and had lots of hair on the floor.
The breakfast area was clean and offered an alright variety of options. The regular staff lady in the breakfast area was lovely, so kind and attentive. The pool and hot tub area was clean and sanitary. The hot tub water was hot and comfortable.”
“We were very satisfied with our big spacious room. Very clean and bright. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of choices. There were no ice machines on the floors making loud noises but they do supply you with bags of ice if you needed it. The only thing we would change is the start time of breakfast. Most breakfasts start at 6:00. Staybridge is going to be our first search when we are looking for a place to stay. Thank you”
“Room was very clean, maid service was spot on, all staff had smiles and were extremely friendly and inviting...I would definitely stay there again. Breakfasts was super with a great selection.”
“The best place we've ever stayed in all of our travels & plan on making MY PLACE our go to hotel from now on!
Rooms: Very clean room, full frig/freezer, our own ice maker, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, microwave, 2 burner stove, comfortable bed & chair. Bathroom had bodywash, shampoo & conditioner & was very clean. Also a small store for additional needs for cooking if you need & food & drinks. Bringing your own cooking pans, utensils, plates & bowls is recomended for eating in house. They are not provided. A great place to stay for long or short stay.
Noteworthy details: Very friendly, clean & accommodating.”

“Rooms are modern, neat, and fresh, staff are really friendly, dining options are really good, one of the best hotels. Courtyard by Marriott usually has the best rooms for the price. 5 stars.”
“Overall everything is a little dated. But everything was clean, the staff were all very nice and the beds were comfortable. Pool area was well maintained and nice and free breakfast was decent. We would stay again for sure.”

“Stayed here 1 night on a road trip. It's a bit pricier than I'd liked but it was worth it. It's clean (-1 pt because the shower needs some scrubbing), and the check in system is so convenient! I like not having to go to the front desk to do a formal check in, and I was able to go directly to my room without any issues. Comfy room, spacious. I really like the set up of this hotel; the elevator is in a convenient spot and the pool is right next to it also. The pool is heated which was so nice and I loved the hot tub.
My only complaint other than the shower was that the usb plug next to the bed wasn't working so charging my phone was a pain (I forgot the wall charger part in the car). Overall, I'd stay again for sure.”

“We stayed two nights and enjoyed the hotel. I felt it was a bit expensive for what you got. No continental breakfast at all. The hotel was clean, quiet, had a nice refrigerator, bed was a little soft but still comfortable I thought. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly and helpful. The only negative was the guys working at the restaurant/bar. Just plain rude, snippy, lazy, and acted like they don’t want you there. They let us bring our drinks up to the room thankfully, because we didn’t want to be around them any longer than necessary. The restaurant didn’t even have the buffet out Saturday morning like it was advertised. Everything was great at the hotel except the restaurant.
Food and drinks: Avoid the restaurant all together. The staff are rude, lazy, snippy, and act like they don’t want you there at all. There was no buffet on Saturday morning as advertised.”

“Great place, but the pool and hot tub were overrun by kiddos during operating hours, all the way until 11 pm closing time. Please consider some adult only times. Otherwise fabulous.”
“Stayed 6 nights here on a vacation back home to Bismarck.
For it being an extremely busy time and for the hotel being fully booked most of our stay, this had to be the most quiet place I've experienced.
Hotel staff was always very helpful in anything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, room was clean but lacked furniture as it showed in the hotel picture of the room I chose. That is why I gave the room 4 ? instead of 5 ?!
I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great choices of restaurants within walking distance. Easy to find, check in was a breeze.
Didn't get time to utilize the pool or hot tub so unable to comment on that. Nor did we have the continental breakfast offered as we like to sleep in.”

“Update: Sept 2024
Friendly staff, fast and friendly check in. We got a large room, larger than we were expecting, which had a couch also. It wasn't the cleanest though. I had to get on my hands and knees to do some stretches for my back, and the carpet quite obviously had not been vacuumed (with potato chips, a couple of coins, and other things on the floor).
The toilet ran constantly, the outside sides of the toilet were dirty.
But we slept okay. We were told in the morning that we would have to show our coupon and room key in order to get breakfast, but no one checked for that. The breakfast attendant fellow was extremely friendly and encouraged us to take some muffins or other things when we left, please eat more! Available for scrambled eggs, sausage links, various types of breads and bagels, various types of muffins which look like they might have been home baked not store bought, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, waffles, juice etc. (No milk, at this time apparently none of the choice hotels in town had milk available)
For a weeknight in September 2024 was about $100
Sept 2022:
CHECK-IN: Friendly and fast check-in.
There was free iced water, coffee and tea in the lobby which was very nice.
ROOM: We were given a room on the first floor and it was indoor-pool-side.
The room was small.
A sliding door opens to the large pool room which would be nice to sit outside of your room on the table and chairs,
But anyone can sit or claim anywhere/any space in the common pool area
so the table and chairs directly outside our room were covered in other people's towels and stuff from 2 pm until 8:30 pm.
So we had to remain trapped in our little room with no where else to go or sit.
There was very little counter-space in the room.
It was very noisy having a room pool-side, as the echoes of a dozen kids screaming really got to be "a lot" after a while....this "a while" was from 2 - 8:30 pm (then it quieted right down).
IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock (which cannot be read at night)/microwave/in-room coffee/mini fridge.
POOL:There was an indoor pool & hot tub (not open) but the pool was very busy with unsupervised young children which made me very nervous (about a dozen kids under the age of puberty, some only toddlers, no adults present that I could see although the youngest ones were all wearing PFDs).
Not the hotels fault, and I'm sure on a quieter day it would have been really nice.
It wasn't nice for us though.
TUB:The bathtub was tiny.
BED: 4 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep.
BREAKFAST: EXCELLENT! Clean, well maintained. Large room and huge selection attended to by a very fast moving employee. Bacon/scrambled eggs/hard boiled eggs/tons of toast/bagels/muffins/waffles/instant oatmeal/cold cereal/fruit/yogurt
PRICE: on a Sunday in Sept 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $100”

“Check in and out was easy. All online. Only complaint is bathtub drains very very slow and the hallways need vacuuming really bad. Room was clean and comfortable.”
“This place is great for your needs. Jodi, and Moe at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. They have a freshly cooked breakfast prepared by Chef Allen and it made my morning go so easy and he is very quick so don’t wander off. They have an inside pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and there’s not a lot of noise or riffraff wandering around the property. They keep it safe. Good job to all that work there. Thank you for your hospitality.”
“Great hotel. Very friendly greeting and clean rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed a drink at the bar. This was a warm, friendly, relaxing experience. Thank you.”
