“I had no complaints about this Holiday inn location. Bed was comfy and the pillows didn't suck to high heaven. Staff was pretty swell as well. All in all I had a good stay. Big chill vibes all around.”
“We were very satisfied with our big spacious room. Very clean and bright. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of choices. There were no ice machines on the floors making loud noises but they do supply you with bags of ice if you needed it. The only thing we would change is the start time of breakfast. Most breakfasts start at 6:00. Staybridge is going to be our first search when we are looking for a place to stay. Thank you”

“Clean. Comfortable. Only problem is that the bedside electric outlets are controlled by the .main switch at the entrance. Thus had to leave the switch on in order to use the C-PAP and turn the lights off individually. Good thing we did a test run or the machine would have been off all night.”

“We have stayed here a couple of times. The front desk staff is friendly & greeted us warmly. (It felt like the staff likes their jobs) Both times our rooms were clean & didn't have any weird smells. The breakfast was clean and well stocked. It is easy to get to I 94. My husband used the fitness room and the equipment worked fine. The parking lot was well lit. We would stay here again.”

“Great location close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. They have a pool and hot tub that usually arent too busy as well as a restaurant and fitness center. Rooms are fairly updated and clean.”
“I would highly recommend staying at the Sleep Inn in Bismarck, North Dakota along interstate 94. The rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel. The general manager and her employees are very friendly. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We stayed there in January and the pool and hot tub were operational. What are the best hotels I’ve stayed in.”

“Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Bismarck, the people were friendly, the coffee was good. I was told the breakfast was really good as well. The beds were hotel beds, not a tempurpedic but any means, but still decent enough.”
“I only ever stayed at this hotel when we are in Bismarck, which is a lot for youth sports. Every single time the hotel rooms are clean, they have such a great breakfast which is hard to find and the staff and management are so amazing, kind, polite and accommodating. I have stayed there 8 times since October and this last time they only had a single king room. I requested a roll out cot so my husband and son (both 6 feet) could sleep because I didn’t want to stay anywhere else. They put a note down- without be even having to call, they remembered my name from my multiple stays and know I like 2 beds and updated my room without even having to ask when they got a cancellation. They truly are the best. The location is perfect, I love this hotel- we go back next weekend and I know I don’t have to stress because they always take care of their customers.”

“Stayed here 1 night on a road trip. It's a bit pricier than I'd liked but it was worth it. It's clean (-1 pt because the shower needs some scrubbing), and the check in system is so convenient! I like not having to go to the front desk to do a formal check in, and I was able to go directly to my room without any issues. Comfy room, spacious. I really like the set up of this hotel; the elevator is in a convenient spot and the pool is right next to it also. The pool is heated which was so nice and I loved the hot tub.
My only complaint other than the shower was that the usb plug next to the bed wasn't working so charging my phone was a pain (I forgot the wall charger part in the car). Overall, I'd stay again for sure.”

Wanted to extend stay however since it was a 3rd party booking woul have to check out then check in again.

“This is the first time we have had a rude person working there desk, Tammy was really rude with my husband when he checked in. I asked for coffee, rudely said this is closed you need to go to main stay to get coffee, Do you have a room here, Yes 126. Then I went out side to smoke Tammy said what do you want. So I have changed the stars on service.”

“If you are grossed out by stained carpeting and common areas in complete disrepair, this is not your place. No kidding the carpeted treads on the stairs are held down with blue painter's tape. But the bathroom was clean, and Cliff, the manager, is awesome. He matched the price stated on Google and gave me a half-price drink ticket at the back bar. Thanks, Cliff!”

“They have an amazing staff. I arrived at 10:00 pm, due to a medical issue, and Dani was super sweet and upgraded my room to make sure I was extra comfortable. In the morning Cody was super nice and made sure I had a bottle of water to go and wished me luck. I truly feel like they are my “home away from home”. Love it!!”
