“Three days a week they have a social and provide food and drinks. Standard free breakfast. Small but good fitness center, outdoor space for grilling and provide utensils. Close to all the major areas you might want to go. Clean rooms with a small kitchen and dishes. Pool and hot tub. I travel a lot for work and the Staybridge is usually my first choice for the amenities. I get tired of eating out and I have what I need to cook something decent. Feels more like a nice apartment then a hotel. When in Bismarck this is where ill stay.”

“We stayed for about 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Bismarck and had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff were quite friendly. The bed was super comfortable and I love the black out shades. It wasn't too noisy either. My only complaint was lack of parking spaces, but we just parked on the street in front, so not really an issue.”

“The room was clean, very quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate within range of so much shopping and the Bismarck trails that run around the golf course. The parking lot was a bit hard to locate because the sign is so short compared to the tree next to it, so we almost drove past several times, lol. But other than that, it was an excellent place to stay. Free breakfast was average for hotels, and there was plenty of parking.”

“Great hotel! They have the wettest water in North Dakota without that sulfur or chemical taste. Great TV! 40 channels. Five HBOs. Five! Some channels have that soap opera effect which makes me crazy. I couldn’t change it in the settings, but I decided to live with it. All channels push HD and all work… unlike some hotels I have stayed at. … Happily flipped through the dial several times even though broadcast TV is a thing of the past. Big bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the shower. Use as much as you want! None of those absurd tiny shampoo bottles. Excellent toilet water pressure! No clogs! The mini fridge didn’t get my soda cold as fast as I wanted, but not a big deal. My two offspring slept in the other queen bed and no complaints about their Dad’s snoring as of yet. Bonus! Kind and gracious staff. Would lay my weary head here again.”

“Staff was super friendly and professional. The only issues i would say that ibhad was the bathroom shower clearly had a bit of build up in it. Im not saying mold or anything, im just saying it could be rubbed down with some CLR and it would clear up the issue. Other than that, still a great place in a great location. Thanks for the experience”

“Really comfortable extended-stay hotel 🏨✨. The property looked clean, quiet, and very convenient for longer visits or business trips. Rooms felt spacious and practical, especially with the extra amenities that make longer stays easier and more comfortable. Staff was friendly during check-in and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed without being overcrowded. Definitely a solid option if you want something more comfortable than a basic hotel while staying in the area for multiple days.”

“This is a hidden gem. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I couldn't get the digital key to work so I came in a little frustrated. Michelle at the front desk was kind and professional and helped get me checked in quickly. This room and bathroom were very clean - thank you for that. Shower pressure and products were excellent- felt like we were in a spa. Mattress was comfortable, as were the pillows. We could not hear people in the hall. Easy on and off the highway - couldn't hear any road noise. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was tasty.”

“Amazing service provided by Mel and Wyatt in the afternoon dinning shift. Food was super delicious and they were so friendly and kind to us and our children. The bedroom bed sheets feel cool and comfortable, the room smells nice, the pool was very nice to use with the kids. Overall very satisfied and happy with everything. Its in a great location close to various stores/restaurants”

“I only ever stayed at this hotel when we are in Bismarck, which is a lot for youth sports. Every single time the hotel rooms are clean, they have such a great breakfast which is hard to find and the staff and management are so amazing, kind, polite and accommodating. I have stayed there 8 times since October and this last time they only had a single king room. I requested a roll out cot so my husband and son (both 6 feet) could sleep because I didn’t want to stay anywhere else. They put a note down- without be even having to call, they remembered my name from my multiple stays and know I like 2 beds and updated my room without even having to ask when they got a cancellation. They truly are the best. The location is perfect, I love this hotel- we go back next weekend and I know I don’t have to stress because they always take care of their customers.”

“I can only give 4 stars. My towel seemed maybe not washed. It had a very oily feel to it. They have those typical wafer pillows that do absolutely nothing to support a human head. They have a vending machine, but there's no water in it, only sodas. The hallway was completely soaked by the pool guests with no effort at all to soak up the water, or mop it up, or put down towels, or any kind of traction, or even put out a warning sign. And they have no airport shuttle. On a positive note, the room was spacious.”

“This hotel is adequate. We slept 5 in the room.. it was tight but ok. There are water slides that the kids enjoyed and free breakfast. Not the most amazing hotel, but it served us well. I would consider booking again when we come to town. Everything is old and upkeep could be better, but it served us well enough.”

“Stayed here last night and I was impressed. It’s an older hotel but the bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were very very clean. Only issue was the AC unit made a little rattle noise while on lower speed. Other than that everything else was very good! I will be staying here again for sure. The outside of the building looks a little rough but do not let that scare you. Very clean on the inside”

“I had a very strange room with a window that opens onto a dark storage room. Initially the water in the sink and toilet was black until and not working at all in the sink actually. Apparently there have been some work by the city or something on the lines and they hadn't gone in and cleared out the room. I will say when I reported it to the front desk they were immediately down there getting it taken care of so that sort of even things out. It's also a very strange layout where you can't take a cart from the check-in desk down to your room you have to go outside and back in one of the entrances to tell you find a cart. And I only found three for the whole hotel with fortunately was enough that I could use one. As in many places I don't feel like they had enough help at the front desk one person trying to do everything which I sympathize with having been put in that position by Employers in the past. But everyone was helpful when they could get to you. The breakfast here might even be better than average for Choice hotels. There was an employee standing nearby keeping an eye on things as well as helping an answer questions if needed. The room was basically clean the sheets and pillows comfortable”

“We had a great experience with this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good continental breakfast. The rate was amazing and they are pet friendly. The pool and hot tub are down now but being remodeled. All in all it worked very well for us.”
