“I have never stayed at this chain before. It was more affordable than a lot of the options in Bismarck, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was fantastic though. The room was nice and everything was clean and comfortable. My room came with a kitchenette so I think it would be great for longer stays. There's no beautiful lounge and I think it said they don't do housekeeping during your stay, but other than that, it was just as nice as a lot of more expensive places I've stayed. I partially chose it because it's dog-friendly. The pet fee was cheaper than a lot of places too. I think it was $16 for one dog.”

“Fiance stayed here Sept 4-8th. I checked out her room before I went home staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were big beautiful and aww enspiring. Great job all around. Starbucks is inside which is a huge plus for my fiancee family.... they love starbucks. Average size hot tub. Not big. Not small. Pool is small. My thought is if the pool is that small might well make a huge hot tub. Just a thought. But overall I was very impressed. Would stay here or recommend again”

“I loved my stay here so did my husband John! We have been travelin to my auntie Betsy's house and this was one of the best (Kinda) hotels we've stayed in so far. I would like to make a statement though. When I got to the room after eating at a Texas roadhouse nearby, my tummy didn't agree with me. it started growlin. I rolled my way into the bathroom, which was very very very very clean by the way, and took a fat poop. I almost exploded the roof off! After I was done, I heard a knock at my door. A hotel worker was there, and she said that people were complaining about the stench coming from my room! I said sorry but she said that I had to leave the hotel because of this! I thought that was very annoying because I can't help that Texas Roadhouse left critters in my salad!”

“The fitness room was a great place to try out my new underwear!They had a peloton bike but I couldn't really use it as I don't have cycling cleats or a peloton membership. I tried to see if I could access anything else on the computer but the language seems to be set to Slovak so I didn't get very far.Room was clean, water was hot, and they didn't even check the room before returning my deposit. Had I known that I would have stolen some of those soft towels.”

“Had 16 rooms booked. Walked in and the front desk clerk had everything ready to go. Great experience, kids all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If we're back in Bismarck we're staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites.”

“Been on road for a week and best value I've seen by far! All relatively new and very clean. Only complaint is a rack in bathroom was recently re-installed so dust from drill not cleaned up plus some old caulk along floor at tub. So what! Especially compared to what else I saw this week... Beds were comfortable and they allowed an extra half hour after check out. Been working in lobby after checkout as I needed WIFI. Elderly lady came in without a reservation and staff worked with her to get the best rate (AARP, AAA etc). They found something that got her an $18 discount off list price. Breakfast served till 10. I'd stay here again in a heart beat!”

“Libby,Lexi, Marie, Amber, and Roy were so very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I were staying there on our trip out of the country. I’ve never met more friendly people as the ones in North Dakota. Roy even taught me the meaning of Dakota (friend). Such good people. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, “and can I get a hot tub!” It was a great way to welcome us to Bismarck.Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Close to the Movie theaterWalkability: Can walk to any restaurantNoteworthy details: They have a game at the front desk that you can play to win points! “This place was the worst place I have stayed at. It smelled terribly of mildew and they tried to cover it up. We had a dirty wash cloth that was hung up. I was totally disgusted by the entire place. The price that we paid I expected more. I didn’t even want to try the food it was so dirty.”

“Unfortunately the “Worst Experience” at a hotel ever!!!Ordered hotel online ahead of time for 12 year old birthday. Charged $123We showed up at the front desk… they did not have the hotel room ready even though it was well past check-in time.They asked us if we were having a b-day party. We said yes… they said we can’t have a birthday party. We said, it does matter t say anything on your website. They just recanted and said you cannot have one…Daughters friends started showing up at the hotel… how do we stop that…We directed kids to the pool area. The hotel called a police officer to have the children/us removed.They kicked us out of our hotel stay as well.Several days later they also charged us $150 birthday fee.Contacted customer support… they said that it is up to the local branch to create policies and that it was their decision whether or not to refund.We were not the only family kicked out that day as well. Multiple frustrations kids and parents.Police officer said: “You guys will get your money back”.I decided to walk around while video taping entire hotel to see if the security was up to par. I was able to make entry into every door w/o a card. Towel racks were empty…. (Not from us)Anyway, I understand that these places can be difficult to run… however… they have completely lost control.$273 debt, no hotel stay, and a crying 12 yr old girl left out in the parking lot with her friends. Just waiting for parents to come and get their kids. Not ok!!! Talk about emotional stress for her.Charmaine Stadler could have made the decision to reimburse us for this but she did not.”

“Room was basic but nice, bed was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was very nice with a large glass and tile shower. Breakfast was a nice surprise to have a gentleman making made to order omelets as well as other choices. The front desk check in gentleman was great! For the price point I would definitely stay again!!”

“I will never stay there again. The tub had hair in it. The carpet had hair on it. The heater didn't workat all and the two thin extra blankets they finally brought up were awful: one was ragged and falling apart and the other had automotive grease stains and food stuck to it. Not food stains, but disgusting crusty food stuck to the blanket. The toilet ran continually, there was stuff crusted on the bedside table. There was only one puny wastebasket in the room/bathroom. I didn't even try to open the refrigerator because I was afraid of what I would find.Totally unacceptable dirty room. They should have paid us to stay there.”

“We stayed here for one night last month during our cross country trip. Is it dated and in need of updating? Yes. Room was a bit warm with an apparent non functioning thermostat. But the wall unit A/C mostly took care of that problem. It was cozy and comfortable, and the service was top notch. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Much better than the Day's Inn in Eau Claire that we stayed in the following night. Must be a franchised system with different owners.”

“It's a pretty great place to stay. Very clean, staff if friendly, food was excellent and tasty. The only problem I have is that, the hot tub is currently out of order and the water pressure could be better but other than that, it's a nice place to spend a few nights.”
