Monopolization bad. I had a manager tell me with a straight face they never have outages. I pay for the fastest internet and my ps5 drops a lot. Its LAN connected with wifi as a backup and it drops almost daily. Oh well. Them and MDU are two pees in a chamberpot

Im having trouble paying my bill online they need a better system one should not have to go in to pay your bill better customer service is needed.
