“Very happy with the care, service, and support Border provides. Recently I had 2 CDs maturing one at Border and one at another Fargo bank. Contacted both banks about my intent with the CDs, since they have auto renewal clauses. Border representative said not a problem I will mark my calendar and get it taken care of, other Fargo bank said nothing we can do until the maturity date (which is a Sunday) and you will have to call back on that date to make changes. Guess I will wait and see on Monday what happens, but perfect example why I took my business to Border.”
