I've been going to the boot barn for a while now and I think all the staff is wonderful. It helps me out when I do need the help. I feel that they care about my look and how I feel when I buy something.And they make sure i'm comfortable what i'm buying

Service today was horrible. No floor service what so ever nor did I get greeted like any past visits. The girls that night were useful.

I've been here a few times. Every time.. is a GREAT experience!!! Today i had a young lady pull out like 5 different pairs of boots for me. She even went to the back to look for more options in my size. To which she came out with a perfect pair of Justin's. I will always go to them for my boots. 20/10 🤌
