“Picked up a new deck and some wheels from this skate shop last week and overall pretty solid experience. The staff was chill and actually knew their stuff, not just trying to push the most expensive gear on you. I asked a bunch of questions about trucks and bearings and they broke it down in a way that made sense even for someone still kinda learning. Prices felt fair compared to other spots I’ve been to around town. The place itself has a good vibe, not too crowded and easy to look around without feeling rushed. Only small thing is I wish they had a slightly bigger selection of helmets in my size, but otherwise no real complaints. I’ll probably come back next time I need parts or just wanna check out what’s new.”
“We went In Fargo ND, it was a very nice customer service, an employee named Austin helped us out a lot. He helped with measurements, different sizes and colors. He even took my shoe off for me and helped with adjustments. Incredible dedication and amazing service, I felt like a queen. Give this man a raise.”

Renee provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced while shoe shopping (yes, even beat Scheels’ customer service!)! She was extremely thoughtful and attentive to us as shoppers from the moment we walked in, and was patient with my child who was struggling to find a shoe she liked. I also like how it’s not just a shoe store; they sell adorable and soft boutique clothing and toys!”

“Had been driving all over fargo to get some maternity clothes with no luck. I went here and the staff were so helpful and even went I to the back to find me some maternity jeans even though they don't sell the clothes in store. I was able to but the jeans with my limited budget and left feeling confident in myself and adorable in my jeans. I wish I could remember their names but I know the store manager was one of them. Super helpful.”

“The stores remodel is very appealing! I see new GOOD NAME BRANDS of shoes for men, women and children! My cashier was polite and the lady Toni that assisted me was the BEST assistant EVER! Toni was definitely knowledgeable with all products, helped me with sizing and selecting my shoes! I know I’ll DEFINITELY be back now that I see what they’re carrying in store! Plus, I want Toni to help me with her FRIENDLY smile and POLITE service for as she helped by asking good questions and giving EXCELLENT feedback on which BRANDS suit my needs the best. “Great experience! Went in for a new pair of workout shoes, ended up with 2 pairs!
Staff was busy but made sure I was acknowledged and they would be with me as soon as possible. I had my mind set on the same shoes that i currently had, but they helped me find a better, more comfortable pair of shoes! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. “One of the best experiences I’ve had in a shoe store in a long time. I think the store manager Ryder helped me. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. He made everything extremely easy and had really good recommendations and suggestions for other shoes. As someone who struggles with social environments it was a great relief to have someone who was lively and actually wanted to help me find the best shoe for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend, I know I’ll be back really soon!
