“We could not be more happier with results on our pickup. We had paint splatter down the side of our pickup from road work. When we noticed it as we were running errands,we entrusted in a recommendation and brought it to Straight Line. In the heat of the day the paint had already dried. Briana came out and looked it over and fortunately she was able to squeeze us in right away. This was amazing because we were worried the paint would cure and bond to the clear coat and then damage the clear coat when trying to remove it.
In about 45 minutes they drove the pickup back around and Kevin finished hand drying it. Absolutely no signs that there was ever any paint on the pickup. thank you so much to everyone at Straight Line! You have a forever customer with us.”

“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”

“I came in to get a quote for damage on my pickup and they were professional, knew what questions to ask to get right to what I needed for my scenario and found the parts needed right away. When I called back to schedule the work, they even told me of potential scenarios that could present itself once the work was started so I wasnt caught off guard by anything. Great experience overall.”
“Poor installation of moulding around the windshield, damage to my interior pillars and headliner. Windshield is crooked. At the warranty appointment afterwards I waited all day and no one showed up. Still waiting on getting this fixed. 1-star review.
Edit: They sent a different tech out to redo it under warranty and Kyson did a fantastic job. He listened to my concerns and was a rad dude. The moulding looks great and it's perfectly centered. He gets a 5-star review. Company overall gets a 4-star review.”
