“When shopping for a birthday present for my son I realized the local store didn’t have what I wanted. The staff was more than willing to accommodate. Not only was I greeted upon entering I was taken care of throughout the process and my desired items were ordered. I paid the extra shipping charge to ensure the items would be delivered on time, but they did not arrive as expected (which was no fault of Zumiez, but rather the fault of the shipping company). Someone decided to go the extra mile to leave a note on the receipt (picture included with post) with items which did indeed make me smile. Great customer service from beginning to end. She assisted me with finding sizes and sections of the store that I couldn't find right off hand. The girl working today was very stressed as she was having a computer issues and many customers waiting to be helped. But she kept her cool and got everyone taken care of!”
