“When shopping for a birthday present for my son I realized the local store didn’t have what I wanted. The staff was more than willing to accommodate. Not only was I greeted upon entering I was taken care of throughout the process and my desired items were ordered. I paid the extra shipping charge to ensure the items would be delivered on time, but they did not arrive as expected (which was no fault of Zumiez, but rather the fault of the shipping company). Someone decided to go the extra mile to leave a note on the receipt (picture included with post) with items which did indeed make me smile. Great customer service from beginning to end. Thank you Zumiez!”

“I have never had a shopping experience like the one I had at this Old Navy, Shelby was amazing, accommodating, personable and went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while I shopped. She assisted me with finding sizes and sections of the store that I couldn't find right off hand. At checkout the cashier was very nice and even allowed me to go grab an item that I wanted but wasn't sure about the price. Excellent experience all around!!”

“Walked in to Minot, ND store get my hat cleaned. I was greeted right away even though store had other customers with only two employees present and were already assisting them. The young lady was more than attentive when it was my turn. I ended up buying another hat while getting my old one cleaned.”
